It weighs in at only 15.9 MB to download. The new Tunnel Traffic app version 1.017 has been updated on 2014-08-22. I love that someone has taken the time to develop this app Just a couple of things would make it perfect 1 Bridge openings For the Berkley Bridge 2 The downtown tube closes every night at 8 but the app shows free flowing traffic westbound 3 The eastbound lane of the DT tunnel Has been closed every weekend for Weeks and the app does not Reflect this information                 Please add some detail Tunnelsx30years

Does not work at all The only time it showed me anything different was once when the downtown tunnel had some construction I was excited when I found this app but I ve realized that it doesn t even work Yesterday the downtown tunnel was closed completely and yet the picture on this app depicted cars driving along with no problems     Worthless piece of Smokinglesbian

Depicted traffic flow never changes despite actual conditions For example I sat in a 15 20 minute backup at the midtown tunnel a few evenings ago yet the little cars in the app just kept moving along as normal with no problems or slow downs Also no text or anything indicating there was a problem despite a 5 mile backup Don t bother with this app It lives in fantasyland and doesn t depict the real world     Useless App Sluggo103

Super app so much easier than checking each bridge tunnel on 511 VA to choose best local route only complaint is that additional info about the location of a slow down is cut off on the right side of screen wish that additional info scrolled across screen so could read it all                     In Hampton Roads Local traveler 2014

This is a great app for rush hour use It s always on point for use during those times For nightly closure and such it s quite disappointing I just opened to see if the tunnel was open and it had no indication otherwise Unfortunately it is and I had to backtrack to the Jordan Bridge which I had just passed There is no way for an alert to be posted which would help immensely Great idea though Thanks to the brains behind the App             Needs some work Kitasluv

1st time I used it the app showed light traffic traveling smoothly through the tunnel When I got to within two miles of the tunnel traffic was at a stand still I could have gone a different way if the app had been accurate     Tunnel app Tunnel traveler

What is it supposed to do When I open the app it just shows four roads with cars driving across There is some message at the top which I assume is the status but it is cut off I click on the other roads but nothing happens     What Adopt2

This app has great potential I would give 5 stars if the developer would correct the following problems 1 some explanation as to what the speed of the vehicles in the graphic represents 2 a way to access the entire description of a traffic problem since right now the descriptions end mid sentence with no apparent way to read the end of the description and 3 perhaps a way to be able to rotate the display to landscape which would allow for the correction of 2 above and to allow the description s font size to be larger                 Helpful but CfChes

This app is a great idea and it is greatly needed in the Hampton Roads area However the app definitely needs tweaking There is only a single page and there are no directions explanations and no way to get to settings or even to the end of the sentence describing a particular bridge s traffic conditions The only page is one with a graphic of cars driving over the four bridges and I guess their rate of speed is supposed to tell you traffic conditions at a glance Okay good idea but the actual written description of one bridge this morning ran off the page and there was no way to get the complete sentence So great idea but the developer needs to work on it Good luck             Not enough directions DiscoverChrist

While I can see this app being helpful it looks like a child s developed it It lacks time delays and why the traffic is slowed Might as well stick with google maps     Ehh nothing big Sarge756
