Good concept but you hardly can find any car you want They never seem to have the car in the lot with the price this app specifies and instead they try to charge higher price to find the car you want to bring to the lot I tried several cars with different options the app states the car is in the lot but when the dealer calls the car was never there Oh well I just ended up searching online on my laptopfound a better deal From my personal experience I do not recommend this app     Nice app buuut

Warning this is not a car browsing app I wanted to just browse pricing and see what was available around me To view cars around your area you must give a bunch of information true car then gives your info to these dealerships and they never stop callingtextingemailing you Dont use this app unless you enjoy having your phone blown up every 5 seconds with a new email call or text from some desperate local dealership Use autotrader instead their app may be clunky but at least you dont get spammed just for wanting to window shop a price     Prepare for bombardment

WARNING BEWARE Do not trust the pricing of vehicles you find in this App My brother works for a major car company and the dealers have their employees take Apps like this and input fake pricing for cars sold By doing this the prices you see are higher then you can actually pay for the vehicle making these Apps untrustworthy ONE STAR     DI NOT TRUST

This app is the most idiotic piece of junk I have yet to find on the Internet Upon searching for a new vehicle we downloaded Tru car in hopes it would direct us to the right vehicle The numbers are WAY off and completely deceiving We took our Tru Car information to several dealerships and were utterly laughed at when we showed them what Tru Car said we should pay for certain automobiles Not only did we waste countless hours doing this but we felt ridiculous as one dealership after another continued to disprove the outrageous numbers Tru Car was putting out on the app I think this is a sick ploy to get people in the door to dealerships contracted with Tru Car under false pretensestotal sham Shameful     Pointless time waster

TrueCar is not the only app that sends your info to the dealership Thats if you choose to be contacted If you dont plan on purchasing a car then dont give your real info I used this last year and this year and it helped tremendously                 Very helpful app
