Im fairly regimented with my schedule so I dont need a lot of reminders for what days Im doing certain workouts but its been so awesome to complete workouts and see the body map update If you are a todo lister or a inbox clearer like me youll definitely find reward in keeping your muscles out of the red                 Morning routine at its best
Something really solid about the design Cant compare it to the other apps as they all sort of feel rushed out the door This one seems on par with all the other major apps I use                 Solid Interface

There are still improvements needed but its refreshing to not dig thru a million lift names and howtos I can quickly add names that I want and CAN actually do at my gym without having to filter thru so many lifts and variations Seems their focus is on helping me log my results first and foremost                 MJJrM

I mean just look at it have you seen a gym logging app this slick Not only is the design great but they really put some thought into making it easy to use and manage I dont use it as much for motivation but more so for just journaling my lifts and tracking any gains I make Great app for someone like me that already has a routine and doesnt want the app to get in my way                 Awesome App
I was a bit skeptical sbout the social aspect of the app but believe it or not its actually really motivating to see my close group of friends logging workouts and getting their updates Logging is super easy I can quickly tab thru all my sets and create new ones Definitely your all in one exercise tool for organization and motivation                 Exercise organization at its best
As a trainer this app has great potential If my clients follow me on facebook were connected through trntrak and although what we can do is currently limited being able to lead by example and log workouts that my clients get notices on is a great use of technology They claim eventually Ill be able to set up routines and check in on my clients which will be a great tool without all the complication current apps like this have                 Personal Trainer

Although Id love to have a super regimented routine my schedule is a constant moving target Trntraks weekly based schedule allows me to quickly adjust my workout days for the current week allowing me to easily shift things around like if the gym is busy etc great feature                 Power Schedule

As an athlete Im looking for something more than just doing curls I focus a lot on compound movements and things that are a bit more creative This app lets me easily customize lift names instead of having to painfully sort through a huge list of predetermined ones Once you get over some of your initial workouts entrylogging becomes super easy as the app starts workouts with what you did last so you sorta check them off or make your adjustments                 Athlete
The custom keyboard and the nextprevious tabbing is amazingly convenient I can quickly tab through all my sets entering reps and weight effortlessly I believe the other logging apps out there force you in and out of screens or use various buttons to do the same thing so complicated for something so simple                 Speedy entry
