I made a reservation on this application for many times It never have any problems until this time The rarest time of all time I had been on work apart from my girlfriend for at least 4 weeks So now I got my vacation time for only 2 days I took a day off on Kanom district in nakornsitammarat province What happened was it don t have any reservation at all And that time was 4 pm of the five star boutique hotel I called to customer service and she said that this app already sent email to hotel I thought really I don t think so Because hotel check my name for reservation for about 3 times It took about 60 minutes to clean up so I had to wait for it After all manager came to say sorry to us and gave a dinner on him I didn t blame on the hotel I blame this application why the reservation didn t showed up before I get here     Mad at u Someone who released angry
