It was a tad confusing at the start but once I spent some time getting to know the app I use it constantly Its a great app though once figured out Love it and use it all the time              Took a bit to figure outafter that

Told me the wrong departure time and took me to the wrong location for a stop I wasted 2 hours trying to figure this out Often gives wrong info and tells you to get off when you dont need to Update the info guys     Made me 2 hours late for work

Everything I try to set out a route it says trip planner location not found error message It doesnt what address you put in its always the same Not buy     This app doesnt work

If you ride the bus TRAX or FrontRunner even occasionally you need this app It makes it so easy to plan trips check times and get alerts UTAs site is just a nightmare to navigate from your iPhone                 Indispensable

I do not like because it has been NOT accurate with bus light rail or Front Runner I dont want to rush to a stop that the app says leaves in 5 minutes only to find out it really is a lot more time with hot summer and upcoming winter I dont want to stand waiting more than needed     John5646

I like this for those trips I take often but its cumbersome to use when comparing routes especially those used infrequently It would be great if it featured a trip finder that would make tour trip for you              Handy app to have

Beyond frustrated that the new schedule has yet to be posted and times for front runner south have not yet been listed The line has been running for nearly three months and none of the schedules for buses or trains are accurate anymore because they havent been updates since the December 10th change day Get with it please Once you do Ill go back to a 5 star rating update Still yet to see an update UTA has added 16 new TRAX and Frontrunner stations since December 2012 and we have yet to see any of those added to the appwhat the hell     Needs a schedule update

What good is a commuter app that shows the incorrect departurearrival times I found better luck just showing up at the stop and tracking times without this App Save your money and avoid purchasing this App     INACCURATE

Yes there is a learning curve but it is well worth it I dont have a car and ride the bus everywhere I go Ive been using this app for over a year now and it gets used several times a day The Favorite Trips feature so helpful especially if your trip involves a transfer I have all my most common trips saved here and you can name them whatever you want such as Home to Work Home to Shopping Mall Grocery Store to Home etc One click and it tells you when the next bus is including your transfer if your trip has one The only thing its missing is a live tracker so you can see if you missed your bus or if it is running late Since UTA is generally on time I usually dont need this feature but I have purchased another app for this But the other apps trip planner is essentially useless for me                 Amazing

The app is ok to use but it is not overly user friendly But the thing that makes this app no worth it is that it is not kept up to date There is a train that runs at 730pm that isnt listed on this app Youre better off saving your money and using the website        Not kept up to date

Im now stuck in Roy Utah I live in Springville Utah The app said the Frontrunner train would be leaving Roy at 1047 PM The last train for the night but the train arrived at 1020 PM and I missed the train by a couple seconds debating suing for the cost of my fare        This app just screwed me over

Super confusing and Im sick of being frustrated with the UI Also it doesnt show bus locations     Overly complex

This app has proven more reliable and more useful than any of the free ones I used previously                 Glad I Have It

You dont need to be online to use this which is nice But this app was extremely confusing to understand I like that it had very complex and detailed schedules but it honestly needs to be simplified Why hasnt UTA created their own app I bet theirs would be much easier to understand        Very confusing

This app will not download on my iPhone even with the updated OS        Wont download

Pickup times for second trains are wrong           Bad time schedule

This app makes it very easy to find when the next bus come I only wish it were easier to compare Trax and FrontRunner so I could check connections better              Powerfully useful

If you want to always miss a train or bus go off this apps timetable Youre better off using UTAs website to get accurate timetable information     Times never right in timetable

The App needs to RED FLAG when trains will go out of service at Central Station The only way to know is to have a paper schedule kills trees Currently they just dont show the route that is going to go out of service So dont just jump on a train or you could be stuck in central for a half hour in the snow waiting for the next train     Out of Service Times needs RED FLAG

I use this app more then I thought I might I like being able to go to this app because I can save my stops Its also quick              Good App

If you have no clue how to use the app its very confusing And I have a hard time trusting the times tables Gonna stick with the old way along w this way and keep the trainbus schedules in paper form           Its an ok system

Confusing needs more Work to be user friendly I dont want to spend 10 minutes trying to find information on a route that runs every 15 minutes           Review transit times

This is a wonderful app I love that I dont need wifi to use it because I have an iPod and I dont always have wifi This app is really easy to navigate Three things I would like to see improved it would help if the Current Location pin was a different color from the Bus Stop pins it would be nice if the departure time updated quicker when you click on the trip you are planning to take I have to always go back one screen to refresh the time Its misleading when it doesnt update Finally if there was a way to view an entire route on the map without having to go through the steps of choosing a route and direction that would be wonderful Overall its a great app I use it every day and its such a great substitution to the limited timetables UTA has online              A necessity if you use UTA

Title says it all The website may be easier but you have to wait for pages to load With the app once you use to it you can open it and push one button to find out just what you need The favorites make everything a lot easier                 Amazing once you know how to use it
