I wanted to check from home for delays on Red Line but app only shows by location and I m miles from the terminal     Useless Hate this app 99999

App is a bit confusing at first because after launching you often need to wait for the app to refresh It is not uncommon to get a message that no routes are available after first launch wait a full minute to refresh and info is accurate User manual or tutorial on how to save routes would help avoid frustration             Good once you figure it out CLE 55B

This app is as useless as RTA It charged me for a ticket purchasing upgrade that is supposed to be free And RTA is no help fixing it     RTA app Screwed passenger

The best option is to download pdf files of bus schedules you might need from the CLE RTA website onto your mobile devices I don t know what mapping provider is used by this app but bus times are frequently in accurate leading to a missed bus or waiting needlessly for a bus that is already gone I have even been the bus I needed but the app still said it was 3 blocks from the stop If I hadn t been early I d be watching and waiting pointless you Google maps for public transport is better It actually tends to overestimate the time you need so it gets me places earlier than expected     Not accurate for CLEVELAND tnespeca

I m sold When not cycling to work I use Cleveland s public transportation This app beat the RTA s proprietary app which never remembers your search This one does It locates the nearest bus the next 2 or 3 scheduled arrivals and BEST OF ALL starts a minute countdown until the next one Love that                 Simple and very accurate CardiganCorgi

The info on this app is well organized and thorough but the app crashes and freezes so much that it s nearly unusable Unfortunately this is the only app for Cleveland RTA so I m stuck with it for the foreseeable future     Good use bad app Hotstoss
