Great app for sending money anywhere Performed over 6 money transfers since getting the app all transfers have been successful Only complaint is the speed of transfers it takes a week from start to completion even if you transfer using a visaMasterCard Im sure Transferwise will update this feature to maybe speed things up in the future                 Awesome app

Used it to transfer money from my Norwegian account to my American account without so much as a hiccup                 This is awesome

I have loved using transfer wise since Ioved overseas It is so easy to use and they are up front about the charges which are really low I would definitely recommend this                 Great user friendly

This is a very user friendly app and Ive been able to complete and receive a few transfers using it already Only issue is if you happen to use a bank that isnt a big name you wont be able to do the transfer unless youre using the desktop version                 Awesome App

I have never gone out of my way to rate an app but I just cant get over how useful intuitive let alone costsaving this one is Thank you to the entire Transferwise community                 Love

As others have noticed app doesnt work with anything other than a mega bank FAQ says creditdebit card payments supported no such option in app FAQ says Apple Pay supported no such option in app Thanks for wasting my time Oh and Im now getting nonstop spam emails encouraging me to sign up my friends Ive un subscribed twice to no effect     Gave it up

Generally easy to use but I have noticed when I had made transfers that the website details are updated but the mobile app has the old status on it Example my date of transfer of funds to my bank shows a different date on the iPhone than when I logged onto my pc              Good but updates to transaction are slow

I researched on websites like compareremit and at many instances I found transfer wise had a highest rates compared to others It had been only one time when I saw Transfast was higher than Transferwise In nutshell I look on compareremit to check the highest rates and use that to make the transfers I always ended up doing transfers with Transferwise only                 Impressed

Transferwise didnt make it clear to transfer the money within 24 hours or they will change the rate on me to the market rate Its too hardexpensive to wire transfer money from one US bank to another US bank When is the US Banking system going to catch up with the rest of the world With free fast 3rd party transfers     Transferwise lost me 300

Sending money to India from USA is not as cheap through your service as you make it seem Your competitors do so at much cheaper rates They might not provide me a good exchange rate but then if I transfer over a certain amount they dont charge fees Overall I get a better exchange rate there Great app though                 Fees a little too high

I tried to use this app I gave my bank account info to transfer money and set up a transfer The next day my account was deactivated and I was told I cant use their service Stay very far away from this company     Crap

Easy money transfer from the US to a bank account in the Philippines It almost have the same rate as current exchange rate only a few cents in pesos difference with low transfer fees Makes you think other money transfer companies and banks are a total ripnoff I first used Transferwise about 3 months ago and it took about 7 days for the whole transaction The wait was reasonable since it was not for something urgent But now Im very impress with the improvement and flawlessness It took 1 business day to clear the amount Im transfering then got a notification that the transfer can be claimed in the Philippines in 2 days and it did Cant tell if it came sooner because of the time difference This might not be for those who needs to transfer money around ASAP for now but if you want to get your moneys worth with the exchange rate and a secure means to wire money use Transferwise now                 The money transfer than wants you to save money

Use it all the time more convenient and cheaper than transferring money through my bank                 Love it

First time used this app was great Exactly what they say Will save you money I did transfer at bank and on App at same time and TransferWise arrived first My bank charged me 40 USD and the German bank another 10 Euro in fees Plus my bank in US took another 3 of value transferred not communicated which equaled 93 USD Total fees approx 143 USD TransferWise was the posted rate I saw on the XE exchange app exactly no 3 and 5 USD Saved me 138 USD Will be using this for the next 2yrs while I am expated to Europe                 Great the First Time

This used to be 5 stars for me Old review below What has gotten really annoying is that they keep on asking for more documents Worse customer service is inconsistent on what their requirements actually areIve gotten conflicting answers Apparently having a passport is a precondition of using the service which definitely seems way over the top In my experience theres just a lot of work involved with keeping them going on documents every few transactions Im hoping they can pull their act together or that I can find a comparable alternative because at its core the service is really quite good As an expat Im constantly doing international transfers for myself and for a group of others here Transferwise has significantly simplified all of that for me and saved some money in the process Its a huge help Execution of the app is great One negative I can think of and its small They have you enter your ACH information each time for security I personally would be willing to sacrifice a little less security for the benefit of convenience but understand that others might not So why not make this an option at the users discretion Lets also recognize that ACH info is nearly public anyway its printed on every check I ever write My bank login is the real security check The ultimate in my opinion would be to have this info saved but accessible only with Touch ID But thats just dreaming Great app and tremendous service You wont be disappointed        Makes my life better But annoying issues too

Best thing to date for sending money abroad Its saved me well over 500 so far in fees and you can just email the recipient and they can enter their own bank details so they feel safer having not given it out to anybody Its fast its simple the customer service is fabulous What more can you ask for                 Fast easy saves money

What an excellent app Used it over 5 times now Both sending and receiving money from Europe and the US It works flawlessly I calculated I saved over 1200 in just 4 transfers I used to use the legacy banks and transfer companies Not any more The real saving with this app is not only with the cheap transfer amount but with the fare forex rate where the banks rob their clients like myself Keep it app peeps                 Mr

Im sure the service is greatif you can actually ever get a payment to go through Unless you use a big well known mega bank on both ends transfer wise will likely waste a bunch of your time and be very frustrating Many banks use other forms and methods of wire transfer which transfer wise seems incapable of using I have a long list of cancelled and refunded transfers They have failed to properly connectverify datareceive funds at every credit union and bank Ive tried all small local banks or credit unions Even their support email on the iPad has bugs preventing my emails to send Until transfer wise gets their act together youll need to go elsewhere if you do not use one of the 5apparent global banks compatible with their software     Terrible software
