Update 1 star for reaching out to me and letting me know they are looking into it This shows they aim for continuous improvement which I always support Old review Service is ok I have to wait more than 5 business days for the recipient to receive the money without me paying any service fee I m guessing this is where they are getting some of their revenue by how the market moves up and down during these times I mainly use Transfast so the recipient can receive the money in US dollars without the need of a dollar bank account This beats the Xoom and Remitly rates because the local rates is always higher As for the IOS app my biggest complain is in the Recipients tab the Total Amount Sent includes the Cancelled transactions This ironically defeats the purpose of having this info in the Summary If I want to know the ACTUAL total amount I ve already sent I have to manually add all the amount from the successful transactions So the total amount will be more accurately labeled as Amount TRIED to send I m guessing this is a result of poor coding development or worse the business doesn t really know the business logic and requirements they are writing I m not sure who will give more importance to keeping track of the total amount one TRIED to sent including the cancelled transactions than the total ACTUAL amount that was successfully processed sent Specially when every transaction is reviewed and verified at Transfast complete discretion Transactions can be automatically cancelled failing this verification and sometimes Transfast through their customer service will not disclose why the verification failed             Service ok hoping to see improvement in the ios app though Zxhshe

I have been using transfast for past 3 years but every alternate transaction gets flagged by accounts security team and they ask for additional documentation Esp in value they were suppose to deliver in 3 to 5 business days But in my majority transactions they flagged asking additional documentation After I submit they take another day or two to verify and then deliver after 5 working days It approximately takes 7 to 8 working business days if we follow up with them regularly Most of my transactions are of small amounts less than 2500 usd I transfer once in month or two I am not going to use it again until they work fairly and deliver amount in time as promised     Rarely deliver money as promised Chakradhar Kandi

I got a mail to call them back to complete the transaction I had to wait for 10 mins to get the connection to the representative and after a hello the call would be disconnected Finally connected to the representative after 30 mins and she puts on hold for 5 mins Never will I use Transfast again         Poor costumer service hellking85

So I opened the transfast app to make a transfer and suddenly it started asking to enter my credentials After entering the one I ve been using it kept saying it s incorrect and finally locked my account for too many wrong attempts On calling the customer service they said there were changes made to the website and it won t accept the old password They asked me to verify Name email phone number and address Once that was done they asked me for a security question I don t remember setting one Since I didn t remember the answer they couldn t do anything and asked me to try to reset the password online After resetting the password I logged in and there is no way to change the security question On calling the customer care they said there is no way to change the security question Finally after login into the mobile app I realized that the touch ID is missing there is not way to enable it I m not asked to delete and re install the app     website and app are messed up Sankalp Kalbag

Transfast does not do transactions from all 50 states It has a few listed on their website and only residents from these states can do their transactions Here is my experience with transfast After submitting my money transfer to India from AZ state which is not eligible for transaction on transfast Transfast did make the transaction and after realizing that they are not eligible in AZ they couldn t complete the transaction After several conversations with the filthy customer service they agreed to deposit my money back to my account after 12 days After all the pain I came through transfast blocked me from using their service sending money to other countries This is really a filthy app     Worst service among all money transfer apps Vamsi Emani
