This is a great minimalist tool for chronicling and mapping your trips I mapped a trip we just completed as a test and found that it was relatively easy once I got into the rhythm of the steps I m looking forward to using it in real time on a major road trip next month My original review above was posted in 2016 Since then I ve used it on two major road trips and couldn t be happier with the results I intend to use it again next year on an international cruise driving trip                     Love this app fgorman

I just completed my fifth bicycle tour using Track My Tour app It s a great way to record the sights we see and places we go each day on the road It quickly uploads pictures and waypoints when on wifi or cell When out of range it still saves the data and I can upload when in range again It even works in airplane mode saving data to upload later and is very gentle on my battery Other tracker apps run in the background and drain my phone before the one day is done Picture integration is easy I recommend using a handlebar mounted Quad Lock or other device so the phone is always easily accessible                     Best way to track tours and update friends and family nickolas360

The maps do not work all the time I had to constantly put in manually for location This can be a pain as the rest of the app is great Also can only use one pic at a time Can t import pics Other than that I like it Just needs improvements             Maps Jacqui RDH

I am not one to write reviews but I have been using this app for about 3 years now and think it is just about perfect I do a lot of long distance bike touring and use this as a way to do a sort of mini blog of my rides It is super easy to use from a variety of platforms and lets your friends and family keep track of you with minimal inconvenience When you are trying to cover 100 miles a day the last thing you want to worry about is a complicated tracking process My only suggestion is that they make the photos a higher resolution Either way this app is worth every penny and exactly what I was looking for                     Perfect cpeppersmith

I am using this app and will continue using it to track my four month trip around the southeastern states It is a perfect tool for friends to keep track of my travels where I am and what I am doing It also allows me to add a photo and have a diary of the trip It would be helpful to have a few more waypoint options such as historic sites and visits with friends along the way I am going to National Parks and Sites and would like something more specific to distinguish these from other points of interest Thank you for developing this wonderful app I will be using it for future trips too                     Love it Campingsusieq

My husband and I have been using this app since we first started living on the road in our camper and traveling across America over six months ago We use it as a way to document the places we experience along the way so we don t forget the little things and to share with close family and friends to fill them in on our adventures I have never written a review for an app before but this is one I use every day so I figured it s time to give credit where credit is due My recommendation is to add more category types or make it possible to create your own category types I d love to use hike bike ride winery run museum festival etc it would also be cool to add a short video as a waypoint and to have the option to add different types of information to describe a waypoint like the song you re listening to or your mood But I love that you can add waypoints offline when your phone doesn t have service We show people we meet on the road our map from this app which gives others a nice overview Thanks for being part of our journey                 An awesome companion to our full time camper life journey Alyssa L. What a great app My family could see where I was and friends follow along on my 10 000 motorcycle trip I won t ever travel without it again I wish there was an option to auto log points every 30 minutes and remove pins for the map view but small things in an overall well built and functioning app                     Great Mrmotorycle

I travel a lot A LOT This is the app that gives me a sense of perspective where I ve gone where I have been It s great for my poor family to keep track of where I am and for me to not have to constantly answer the question where are you I also use it to find my way back when i get lost It s the bees knees I would like to be able to have different types of pins so waypoints are not featured as prominently as other more important stops on the map Other than that it s great How about adding a publishing add on I d love to turn my map and pictures into a little book Nice way to make a little thank me later                     I love this app so much Ordinary Guys™

I ve used this for two long tours and it has worked flawlessly Everyone viewing my your loves it and finds it easy to use It needs work to make the user interface easier to use To start the app and add a waypoint requires the navigation of too many dialog boxes Each of these choices could be controlled by settings which operate by default When touring with other riders it is not always possible to stop for a photo It can take 30 seconds to navigate all the dialog boxes to capture a photo for a waypoint and that while juggling the phone in one hand The photo opportunity could pass before a shot can be taken The answer to all the dialog boxes is always the same so all the extra button presses have no function Once a photo is taken everything is great It is easy to manage and edit waypoints later Data is never lost and it syncs perfectly whenever wifi or cellular becomes available no matter how many photos and waypoints are cached when no signal is available In short the developers have made the hard stuff easy but some of these easy stuff is hard                 Works flawlessly Great for people viewing your tour Needs better settings controls Paul_light_sleeper
