touchScore Baseball Scorecard

This application needs a lot of work especially with regard to baserunners It does not keep track of where the baserunners are or even allow you to do so which is a critical part of scoring a game You need to be able to say that a player went from first to second or first to third or scored on an error or whatever You can say that a player scored but the application has no memory of who was on base and you have to remember and pick the right player from the list of all players Also the error correction is very limited and you end up compounding errors and making them worse You need to be able to go to any play and correct it or correct a whole inning if necessary Another annoyance is that if a player tries to stretch a hit one extra base and is thrown out there is no way to record that as both a hit and an out Once you call a play a hit the out button is greyed out I like the idea and it generally is set up well but these corrections need to be made        Needs work

The program is not intuitive and lacking basic functions     Tough

Seems to be a good app but most recreational softball leagues for us older players play with a 4 man outfield This needs support to add a 10th player to the defensive lineup Left Field Left Center Right Center and Right Field Sometimes people use a Rover instead too Please update to allow this Otherwise the app is useless to a lot of leagues           Needs support for 10 player Defense

Good basic design Buggy Could use a better way to record other happenings        Ok but

Application Crashes everytime you hit a Single GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY     DONT BUY IT I Wasted time and money its a piece of crap

Line ups change order without me doing anything As you enter the lineup the lineup windows shrinks and a stupid diamond graphics eats up the window Very upset I want my money back     Waste of money

Fun to use Wish list record plays 64 instead of just out with a hit to short Subs work great Would like pitchcount by batter not just running total        Not bad Needs some work

Was hoping to use this app at high school games from the stands but there are too many plays I could not figure out how to score There is no fielders choice option or a way to score a put out of a runner not the batter The lineup feature is only useful if you have access to the official lineup and players positions Also no way to do pitch counts ok the batter        Disappointing

Dont like that you cannot see base runners or advance them locks up on sacrifice bunt entry wont let me log the out Not worth the price wasted my money     Doesnt workkeeps freezing

Everytime I try and put a hit down for a certain player it crashes           Crashes

This is awful I wasted money App gets stuck every time I try to start a new game and want to keep my existing lineup     Horrible

This really isnt very user friendly The user interface needs some serious work If I had paid any more than 99 I would have felt royally cheated As it is if there were a 24hour test period I would delete the app and look elsewhere        Not quite

When someone gets walked it clears there ABs and why does it have negitative outs plz fix then it would be five stars        Walk

All the other reviews are dead on but there is no option when a batter is hit by pitch        No HBP

If this app allowed you to go back and correct a mistake it would be a great app           Corrections

What would be really great for little league is 12 hitters and the ability to augment the rules In our tball league all 12 kids hit every inning play the field every inning and have to switch positions every inning Also if we could auto download MLB teams for going to the game that would also be pretty awesome              Sounds great but need a little more

More counterintuitive than even normal Apple applications Entering the roster is nearly impossible and the helpful popups Save Cancel etc only add to the frustration Scoring a play takes a full inning This app isnt worth 99 cents     Touch Score Not even close

Decent app for collecting stats as they happen but needs work Wish list in no particular order Update field graphic to indicate baserunners Keep running list of plays so that a game can be exported and reviewed If a run is scored intuit who scored who got the RBI etc and allow user to confirm or change that info Maintain pitch count by batter as well as running total Pitch count by pitcher not sure what happens when pitching subs come in Does count reset Include help file Took me a few innings to figure out what to do Not sure how to handle pinch runners Use field graphic to allow entry of errors Freetext entry for comments on a particular play see first item Not fair to slam the developer as this is a complex app Worth a buck at this point but has potential to be a killer baseball app Good job so far           Lots of potential
