The new TouchMix app version 1.0.14 has been updated on 2014-08-20. After years of playing recording music now I only record drums guitar for demos The app is for record transport controls occasional level tweaking clear solo cue is fast useful That said my studio is in a separate building no internet needed I m close to the TMix 16 If I were still gigging I d use an IPad separate router for sure The app suits my needs just fine                 Very useful Crazydave44

I use this app on my iPhone to adjust my in ears through an aux channel and the app keeps crashing The app also just doesn t look right on the iPhone X Please fix this ASAP Other than that I love this app and how I can make real time adjustments             iPhone X compatibility Jared654

Altho it is a great feature to have Being able to pop my phone out to check the mix is nice on an iPad where you can actually read the text on the screen The phone app text is WAY too small I thought it was my eyes but others do agree iPad is the way to go to do anything useful Overall it s been a great app and mixer It s nice knowing if anything goes wrong you can still control everything at the mixer Will move to 3 4 stars if the phone app because more useable         Handy feature that s hard to use SonicSoundVW

I almost didn t buy my TouchMix 16 because of the negative reviews of the app but I m glad I went ahead and got it Really works great Make sure the mixer has the little USB wireless router button in the back it ships with h in place the go to settings on your iphone or ipad and chooses that network Then go back and start the app and it works perfectly If you don t need to be on a different network so that you can surf the web or whatever you don t have to change networks again It should be noted that you obviously can t get on a different network while you are hooked into the mixer Only other thing negative about the unit is that documentation is woefully inadequate So a bit more trial and error is necessary But such a terrific unit The band love it We sound way better and less volume creep Win win                     Works great Turbosax

Loved the app before I updated to iOS 10 xx Now the iPad will not connect to the mixer saying there is no internet But that s the point Please look into a fix The app is useless without one             Used to be great Brad-us

This may be the worst app I ve ever had Sporadic connectivity to the mixer even when I m right next to it UI elements changing between app opens reliability issues and generally just being very unclear When it does finally work it s convenient It s a good idea and I wish I could rely on it     Awful connecting to wifi superlarry

Love the app in general with one MAJOR caveat the EQ On the iPad the EQ is incredibly hard to use NO band identifiers NO ability to tough and drag the EQ curve Takes me twice as long to adjust the EQ as every other iPad app I ve used X32 QU16 DL1608 Presonus PLEASE add a touch friendly band identified EQ for the iPad and the for mixer too if possible Otherwise the mixer sounds excellent love the form factor have used it for small to medium sized venues keep up the good work             Beautiful UI EQ is difficult Rumela

I had this same argument with Presonus and they made the changes It is very important to have an aux mute button when doing live monitor mixing Please change the pre post button to an aux mute There is already a pre post button in the set up for the auxes Having an aux mute allows me to mute the mix I am working on and allow me to turn other mixes up without hearing the mix in front of me Other than that this little powerhouse is amazing                 Aux mutes Roy Zartman

The capabilities and layout of your iPad solution mimic the capabilities of the board entirely I m really impressed with your solution so far The only caution I have is giving this app to musicians on stage opens up some caution because it is so powerful Will there be means to lockdown control of features or will you be offering a scaled back version of the software with control over device to aux channel assignments like presonus provides in their QMix product                 So far so good X32reviewer
