I have a love hate relationship with this app It s prompter feature is excellent But they overlooked simple functions For example I tried The Import feature It turned the video sideways And I could not find a fix despite several internet searches Their help menu was NO help at all Logically there must be a simple fix But finding that fix was no simple matter at all Still looking BTW Omits simple functions PmQuigJr
I started using Touchcast in my school to help students create video diaries With the TelePrompTer ability to pop up graphics green screen and whiteboard features this turned out to be an amazing tool Kids loved it and were creating great videos Then students found ways to view inappropriate material using the YouTube app built into Touchcast and we had to pull the plug on using it I m disappointed that we are no longer able to use this as I saw the potential of many different projects coming from this app I wish you could filter the content better nude yoga classes are not something we can abide getting passed around school to watch Is there a way these can be filtered out Amazing app with one huge issue bjp7834

I use this as a teaching tool for my flipped classroom It does not have the best user interface but once you figure things out you can decide which features you ll use and not use I love the pop up screen on a screen This feature is excellent when you need the viewer to actually see what you re talking about and how you re saying it great for pronunciation instruction It is free so it s definitely worth the download so you can have fun with it It does not offer a lot of different templates but it s enough for someone like me who s making classroom videos for students And it s fairly easy to use than perhaps some other more fancy more professional video editing apps Great video editing creating app gracie1185

Touchcast is the best green screen app on the market I would give it four and a half stars due to the controls being a little hard to figure out but I ll round up In addition after figuring out the controls the app runs smoothly and does not glitch Unlike other free green screen apps Touchcast only has one small watermark in the corner of the screen Overall this app is incredibly easy and effective and if you work with this kind of thing you need to get it now Very Useful and Effective Unbelievable Connectivity

Dear Apple I found Touch cast to be very difficult to work with but there were some very cool features along with it The good parts to it was that you could put up what you were saying on the screen and it didnt look like you were reason off something Another very cool thing was green screen that was very cool and really makes the app fun to work with Some of the bad qualities to it was you werent able to redo some parts to the video and if you did you would have to start all over again The app was complicated so maybe you guys can just make it a little do simpler Some of the things were hard to find on the app Other than that the app was really cool to use and I had a fun time working with it Touch cast
I used Touch cast to make Us history news report on the iPad 3 about civil war some good features were green screen script speed to import images and gaps but some of the cons are you cant edit after you saved its hard to share on other objects and the greens careen is not perfect It could be better if there would be framrate editing easy buttons to do thins and you can crop the image after importing it Us history project mr Fishel class room

Touch cast App In our US 1 history class we use the app touch cast for a civil war project With our civil war project we use the news setting to make us look like we are on channel 4 for example Touch cast worked half well and half not so well because it was hard to use I think the app should better instructions in how to use the app so it would be a lot easier for people who are using this app For example when my group was working on this project we could not figure out what buttons to press in order to have different backgrounds and also the settings wise What our group did enjoy about this app it is that it had many effects to it such as you can add different images or settings as a background image just by a green screen and also when you want to read a script you can look straight at the screen instead of looking down at your paper my group that it was pretty cool what kind of effects touch cast had If I were to rate this app it would be a three starred app because in the way the app work like I said To conclude the app touch cast needs to improve on making the instruction a lot easier for people who are new to this app and a final touch would be instead of using a green screen they should use a plain wall so it will be a lot easier instead of people finding or buying a green screen Touch Cast App

I downloaded this app for making a newscast in my history class There are many good things about this app and some bad things also One good thing that came out of this was the green screen feature It was helpful because it made the video look like a real newscast Another good thing was the different templates and filters to use while filming This feature also made it feel like a newscast and it helped get your message off about what you were filming There were various bad things about this app that made it not enjoyable to use The worst part of this app is the fact that you cant edit videos when your done filming it This was especially frustrating because our group was missing one person and we couldnt edit her part into the video we already made The other thing that made this app terrible was that if the app crashed your work that you were working on wasnt saved and you would have to start over This app has some good things and some bad things about it but over all it is not the best and I would not use it again Not the best app

I intended to use TouchCast to make a newscast about the Civil War for a history project My group and I used the green screen feature which made our project look more professional It was also helpful to use the teleprompt feature because we could read the script without looking as if we were reading off of a paper I did not like that if we messed up a scene we had to get out of the app and then start over from scratch I think that this app could be improved by making it possible to delete parts of a video History Project
The app was fun to play around with at first until becoming increasingly frustrated because Ive had no success at completing any casting projects The app is very buggy and constantly crashes without warning while attempting to record a Touchcast and before saving projects Ive been working on I find myself having to start over and Ive noticed the app is very buggy with saving files When these get fixed Ill be thrilled to try it out again because it looks like fun Until then good luck with trying to get it to work App Has Potential But Im Highly Disappointed

I liked the different parts of the app in where you can choose what style your video has all the features within the camera such as the green screen and the teleprompter and the design is easy to use and nice The only part I had trouble with was the recording aspect of the app Touch cast does not let you rerecord video it does not have a video timeline and you cannot import video In a later version I would like to be able to edit the timeline of videos and be able to change the order in which they play and I would like to be able to import pictures and video right into a timeline for the project Besides that problem this app is very useful I enjoyed using it when I did but it could be improved Good but could be improved
