Uninstall then Reinstall the App after update

by Anthem100 I`ve changed my review from 1 back to a 5. Technical support got right back to me and explained we need to uninstall and then reinstall the app for the updates and app to work properly. They could have incorporated that info into the bug fix, but it`s now working perfectly. If your app is crashing you may not have enough memory or are running too many apps at once. Double click your home button and manually close any apps that are running in the background eating up memory. This is a great supplement to the Totale program! So glad it`s working again.

Stay away

by Kasper Larsen Rosetta Stone quality of their products and their supported languages are on a downfall.

I am a customer - and have paid for their useless online features only to find out that my languages are either discontinued or not supported in this app. And all online activities happens in the middle of the night for my time zone.

So stay away from Rosetta Stone until they man up and take responsibility for their overpriced products that are full of bugs and "undocumented" lack of language support.
