The Tokyo Rail Map is now available for $3.99 for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting different languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese. This has become the only rail map app I use when Im in Tokyo replacing a few others I had tried It has never let me down although sometimes it can be a bit confusing as it might offer a different route if you check the same journey more than once But all in all its great Has never let me down
