TNW Magazine is the digital monthly magazine for the popular blog TheNextWeb.com (International technology news, business & culture). It features the best articles from the past month, exclusive content, guest columns and gadget reviews. It also shows art, photography and some dynamic content.

You can buy individual issues and/or download a free sample issue. The pricing model is as follows: first issue free. Separate Monthly issue is $1,99. Yearly subscription is available for $9,99. You can cancel or renew your yearly subscription at the end of the year or choose the auto-renew option from within the app. A yearly subscription give you 12 issues of the magazine.

The payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user`s Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
