TimeTrack - time tracking and invoicing

Started with the free version as I was in the market for a timeService Call tracking app I work for a vacation Rental Agency that services 200 properties Eventually upgraded to the full app love it Allows me to quickly smoothly document location who requested the service call time in time out has a location for free text to explain what I did and best of all allows for a smooth export to the Office for billing purposes I dont use the expense feature but Im sure it has its advantages too Another big win is the service only twice in three years have I had to send an email regarding a service question But both times the response was back within hours immediately fixed the problem both times Love the app the only other thing I could ask for is the ability to create invoices right from the app              Love the app

While I dont use the full abilities of this program the level of customization is very useful I wish the expense tracking was more robust and had a reporting feature              Pretty useful

I looked into several time tracking apps and tried a few This has a bit of a learning curve at first but it is so much more useful than any other app I have tried I highly recommend it and recommend taking the time to learn it as it is rather powerful but can be simple as well                 Excellent app

This is easily the best time tracking app I believe Ive tried about five others Plus support is quick and helpful and they are constantly updating Im a consulting engineer and I use this to track all of my time and tasks Love tons of features some of my favorites include exporting PDFs unlimited tasks and the statisticsreports available for each job or time period Endless possibilities                 Best time card app there is

I am a window installer this app helps keep track of tie spent on each job and expenses incurred Once a week I submit everything to my employer She says it has made things easier and wishes more employees would use it Personally it helps me to keep track of what to expect on my check Ive used several apps and this one is the best                 Great App

App works well I only use the basic setting and have made the format work for my company It took a little while to figure out how I could utilize the app because our old time card format was different Now all of my employees use the app and it makes time tracking much easier for me I dont have to check the total for math errors and they are legible                 Good App

I was looking for a new time trackinginvoicing app Came across this one tried It out and really liked it I wanted an additional small but helpful feature So I emailed support They got back to me within 10 minutes saying there adding my request to the next version It has a nice overall design I will be using this app a lot Keep up the good work Its a steal for such a low price                 Good look app with great functionality and great support

I love that this app interrogates into my notification section and is easy to use the invoices it produces in pdf look nice and clean and the invoicing system is pretty straightforward I have some issues marking the invoices as paid sometimes and occasionally the app crashes but timers manage to keep running and Ive yet to run into a problem while tracking                 Excellent app for freelance billing

Great app for the self employed multi jobber multi tasker I may not be alone in scratching my head at the end of the year wondering where I lost time couldve been more efficient etc This app has sufficient flexibility combined with ease of use and ability to make entries on the fly so someone not all that methodical about time tracking like me can stick to my resolve to get better at analyzing where my time goes Great job recommended to all lazy time trackers                 Will make sticking to New Years resolution easier

Just curious is it possible to add an option to bill by day vs having to go to the timer each time I currently bill projects out by a daily rate and this would make it much easier                 Question

I started with Timesheeter and moved to Time Tracker because of the upgrades Easy to use tracks multiple jobs and different tasks Only thing I wish for was an easy way to input a lot of data from before I got this And an easier way to rename tasks Ok today 12414 I figured out how to rename tasks Now if I can just figure an easy way to enter old data 12814 Still love the app and as time goes on I am learning more things it can do I still want a way to back enter time for the year Also wondering about easy way to track Pro Bono hours and expenses 71515 Still love the app and am very happy with it I use it everyday and have talked several of my coworkers into using it also Governmental agency with several functions and tasks that need to be tracked time wise Also several different pay rates depending on task not just time and time and a half but straight rate different from normal OT This makes tracking easy Would love to be able to track non billable miles and expenses Also would like to track some donated to charity hours so I can track those hours in a report at the end of the year 91315 Still using program after almost a year Still love it                 Great App

Have tried several timetracking apps and find this one the best for my needs I only need to track hours in a work day against various projects and categories breakfix routine support development etc Unlike many of its competitors that force you to use features you dont need this has the capability to track expenses and more but does not force you to configure and input the items you dont care about It has a punchclock feature to check in and out of projects as you work with a variety of options for rounding and its easy to manually input and edit entries as well I only have one actual client the company I work for so I use set up my projects as Clients to get an extra level of granularity I use Projects to track time spent on dev support breakfix etc and the app supports this easily You can set up specific tasks for each project or have freeform entry with the option to choose from previously entered tasks for that project or all of your projects The weekly summary view is great showing totals by clientproject by day so its easy to see what I did at a glance and transfer it to my time sheet at the end of the week Most impressive however is the support About a week into using the app I decided to try the cloud sync service to share my data between devices This works very well with options to sync manually or automatically Unfortunately I made a mistake when I set it up syncing my phone first which copied a set of sample data to the cloud because I had just installed the app When I later synced my iPad which had my week of real data it was overwritten by the example data set from my phone since it was on the cloud servers first Turns out I had no reason to worry I emailed the developer to see if he could help me recover from my goof Got a response almost instantly and within a very short time he sent me a file to restore which contained all of my configuration and time data Easy as that I was back up and running as if nothing had happened A useful and userfriendly app is a good app but it needs good support to be a great app This one has it all Would highly recommend to anyone that needs to track their hours and expenses                 Great app fantastic support
