Like others I purchased an annual subscription on iTunes store and have been unable to download latest issue App asks for payment for the next issue While the magazine content is useful their app and support is HORRIBLE Ripped Off

I can finally log into my subscription account but only see previous week as latest edition available even though current edition paper copy was delivered last week Why no updates Update editions

The red stripe represents the frustration at having spent on this and the white is the blank subscription iTunes must find a way to cancel this and refund folks hard earned recession funds No Stars just stripes

Immediately purchased the year long subscription because I love this magazine and was disappointed to find that every time I go to download the issue I am charged again Even after restoring reinstalling everything Dont subscribe until they fix this or youll have to pay twice Time Out Fix This App

App is plagued by an unimaginative design coupled with display issues on new iPhones especially the 6 Plus TONY you can do better than this Flawed Design Marred Further By New Larger iPhones

and a poor excuse for a replica at that not what I expected from the mag that covers the greatest city in the world take a lesson from Time Out Chicago guys Put in the effort and you can count on more of my money I love NY replica boooooo

Whats the point If the freakin magazine comes out late And I subscribed for 6 months ALWAYS BEHIND

Issues are often only available after the date for which they are useful I called the company and they took no responsibility In fact the woman I spoke to seemed utterly incompetent The app works for a while and then starts sending issues late again Meanwhile I am paying for out of date information Since the articles are totally sophomoric shallow and idiotic I buy the magazine only for calendar information and some reviews The calendar isnt as complete as in the past If I can find an alternative I will switch Doesnt update

All it seems to be is a link to purchase magazine issues on line with pop ups An ad to buy magazine issues

Signed up of a year in September Unable to download latest issue When I tried to use the link for help I got an invalid email Called the support team who blamed it on apple Called apple and after 30 min hold was told it was the app developers Called time out support and they had no idea how to help Only way to get this weeks issue was to pay for it agin Great magazine but horrible at costumer service Horrible support

I love the Time Out app but wanted one of the magazine too Now I can get both Love this mag

The app itself is fine but it rarely makes the new issue available ontime Often the new issue wont be available to download to the app until the week it covers has nearly ended This defeats the whole purpose of a currents events listing magazine There is no excuse for this The new issue should be available by the day before the time period it covers and it shouldnt be a gamble from week to week as to whether that will happen Support is basically nonexistent Until this issue with magazine availability is permanently resolved do not purchase a digitalonly subscription to Time Out New York because you will be disappointed and frustrated when you cant get the new issue Doesnt update

Why not download the latest issue today says the marketing copy in the app Why not Because the latest issue available is two friggin weeks old thats why Oh and requiring peoples phone numbers when they are signing up for your mailing list Lame Out of date content annoying registration

Been waiting a looooong time for TONYs iPad version Its here and its great Does the job

I am trying to link my print subscription to the iPad and there is no field for account number I followed the instructions in the previous review but could not make it work Please fix this bug Access for print subscribers

I purchased a subscription and now they give it away for free Trying to get in contact with them is useless The magazine is excellent Need a refund Bad support

Its great to be able to download the magazine on my iPad It would be great if I could suspend the paper delivery and only get digital I like it

I love the magazine so much I just want to able to have it digitally without it crashing and to have smooth transition between pages I dont need any bells and whistles I just want the paper copy digitally I like eliminating waste Please I beg you time out Please fix this

After waiting MONTHS for print subscriber access to iPad app I tried to log on Are you surprised I forgot my Time Out password I clicked Forgotten Password I was rewarded with an error message Sorry password reminders are not available Contact us directly Typical for this app I will delete it Sad

App is fine except that it was really difficult to connect it to my subscription first time and now it keeps forgetting the fact and I have to resubmit info Why do I have to keep entering subscription data

I was very excited to see that Time Out FINALLY added the ability for subscribers to the print version to download eversions but after only one week the newest issue is again 299 What gives Subscriber Cannot download

Magazine lags pages take for ever to load did not get newest edition of magazine this week Im very lucky I get the print edition I was hoping for my magazine subscription to run out and then subscribe to the magazine but I cant do that because the iPad edition is completely broken I have newest iPad on iOS 601 Horrible

The worst newsstand app by far does not update current issues until a week or two past relevant dates Shouldnt have been released until basic functionality issues were fixed Content is useless without timely updates

I found my account by logging onto the TONY website My account is not the one on my mailing label and it is only 7 numbers long I used it as my password and it worked Hurrah However I cannot download the current issue I can download all the previous issues but not this weeks The print copy arrived yesterday so I know my subscription is current Cant download current issue

I was initially unable to log in using the account number as described by grandwom below 10 digits I emailed customer service and they said NOT to use any leading zeros so my account number was only 7 digits That worked and I am now able to log in Also as of today the current issuewhich I just received in the mail yesterdayIS available so perhaps they are getting their act together in terms of being up to date Im changing my review from one stars to 4 Only 4 because the app is still pretty basic has no additional content Print subscriber access working nowupdated

Latest edition is not displaying in the browser For a weekly magazine shouldnt this be updated on the day if not a daynight early Its Friday and the last mag came out Wednesday Doesnt update

Wasnt happy with this app its so bunched up and reading it on the phone is annoying considering you can get print free all over the city its not worth the memory use on your phone and or IPod Not to good

The least eyestraining way to read the magazine is to flip phone horizontally App designers please ask for the necessary budget increase to make this app better I worry about my eyesight Need an iphonefriendlier version

Still Not Available Access for Print Subscribers

After they went FREE they guaranteed a hard copy would continue to be mailed home to current subscribers This has never happened Very disappointed

The magazine is great when it downloads However you cannot guarantee getting the downloads on the day the magazine comes out Another problem is that my account has just autorenewed and since then I have not been able to download the magazine at all Time Out really need to resolve these issues immediately Nobody at TONY can help Useless Very disappointed with the app

Worst app ever Great magazine horrible app Editions come too late Very awkward and clumsy navigation Very slow Crashes often You cant delete old editions which take up a lot of space Im having a real hard time now turning off auto renewal Horrible

This app doesnt work I signed up through iTunes paid for a year subscription but the app doesnt register that I have a subscription Is there no coordination between timeout and apple Then why have the only way to get a digital subscription be through iTunes Nor is there any customer support to solve the problem Apple blames timeout timeout blames apple All this app does is take your money Terrible with no support
