Really irritating cant resize the tile for the picture Should be a simple option I was dumb and let you have my moneynow fix it Please Please Fix

I bought the app after the website Blockposter wasnt functioning correctly I made my first tile poster a 2x2 poster and while the bottom two pages came out good with a minimal margin the top two pages were cut and I lost about a third of the image through autocropping I have no idea how to fix this I will gladly raise the star rating once this is fixed Or I would like my money refunded as the app has now become unusable Lost 1 of photo in margin
