The app works well for some features but the Stay Online feature is not working That means that when the app is running in the background theres no way to see messages from web visitors In fact it looks to web visitors as if the chat option is offline I was told by support this feature would be fixed this past weekend but it is still not functioning and support is no longer answering email If the issue is not fixed I will cancel my subscription after this month Stay Online Feature not working
As a business you have to act fast This is a must have for your website Great app and product Owner
Very cool app for the service Helps for on the go situations I have gone and turned on notifications on my iOS 7 device but it says I need to turn it on to stay online Cant get the notifications on
great app but there is a dumb feature you cant see the whole text it is cut great app

I own a small business and recently been having issues logging in I emailed messaged and attempted to connect with Tidio via social media without much luck The product is nice but sadly I feel that I am getting tossed around to have them reset my password Ive become increasingly flustered that no one is getting back to even after I paid for the service Okay
