It s a very easy app but needs to grow with larger companies who use this documentation system Many technical issues When calling in for assistance pray to God you get someone with patience Certain techs have made my therapist feel stupid I gave it 4 stars for the easy use and the tutorials I would give it 1 star for customer service My therapist DREAD when I ask them to call techincal support                 Therapy Program Manager PTA-TPM

It is very user friendly when documenting therapy notes But when a scheduled update happens I am always having a hard time Between my macbook and ipad it is never a smooth update             TherapyBoss CLM-PT

The information on the app store says iPad and iOS 4 3 or later I have a 1st generation iPad with iOS 5 1 1 So all the items on the online portion of the program went okay I downloaded the app as instructed It crashes Support states they try to support as many tablets as possible but not this ancient piece of technology They offered advice on tablets outside the apple domain If my iPad and iOS are so ancient why does the app above so it support     David Beutel PT Jkdkalidave
