great app I absolutely love how my results are displayed                 Love This App

Theranos itself is a great concept and great service The app tho needs to stop crashing and needs to remember my password when I exit the app or it crashes My pwd is infinitely long cuz they require special characters capital letters and numbersand I cant believe I have to type it in each time The moment I exit I have to retype Health info is sensitive but cant be like this in the app mb ask for my fingerprint but dont ask me to retype my password Information about each section of test was usefulmb try not to make me scroll so much screen real estate to finish reading each part The actual content would be more useful if it suggested ways for me to get back in range for certain dimensions that I was out of range for           App needs fixes and can be more

Have had lab work done at Theranos several times and nothing shows up on the app Have tried contacting through the website but no answer Great service at the lab but this No joy at all     Where are my results

Please update app with Health app TouchID iPhone 6 plus screen Is it also possible to max out all the tests at once Crashes every time I want to add an appointment                 Promising would love these functionalities

Every time I try to check my new lab results the app crashes I have deleted the app readded it and restarted it and still crashes Please fix this is frustrating     Crashing

App crashes for me also when I try to get results Deleted reinstalled App still did it        Fix App Please

This app was super easy to navigate as a new user and definitely made something as daunting as blood testing appear more approachable and clearer to understand Great app thank you for answering the questions I was always too intimidated to ask 5 stars                 A great way to better know your blood

Im a regular customer of Theranos and was delighted when the phlebotomist told me about the app I patronize the Theranos station at the Palo Alto Walgreens where the checkin process is the bottleneck So news of an app was music to my ears I have only used the app once but found its performance very disappointing I was able to transmit my order but when I got to Walgreens the order wasnt there and I had to check in via the normal procedure I also tried to book an appointment using the app and over the course of five or six attempts struck out every time I hope the developer keeps working on the app which in my limited experience does not perform well     Disappointing

There was an unknown error during registration Now I cant resign up nor will it send the email verification that it states to correct the issue     The worst app

1 nothing in the app works 2 it repeats over and over in signup 3 the flows are all broken Im surprised apple let this outits a piece of garbage     Medical Company has Designed and Bult a Plague of an App

The app will not even open I downloaded it to both iPhone and iPad but the app doesnt open up Major problems assuming     App doesnt open

The first two times I tried signing up my phone reset after the pin section Finally I thought it could be because they already had my email on file for their newsletters and so I tried a different email and it worked However I dont see my lab results from four months ago It is buggy but should be a great app over time        Buggy
