Cant function any drop boxes in app at all wiPhone 6     Dont bother with iPhone

Fail In short I shouldve not downloaded the app esp after seeing the onestar rating Couldnt complete the Registration bc the webpage was broken and I was unable to enter my travel path Did anyone test this app What a completewaste of time Ugh     Do overers

I used to love this app but now wont even load I hate that I have to consistently go on the website The app was perfect before Fix this please     Too slow

Dont know what everyone is having such a tizzy about and the app works great Look forward to using it and cant wait for my transponder Love it                 This app works fine fore me

The app is very slow to update info about recent tolls charged which really complicates maintaing a positive balance in the account unless you dont mind having you credit card hit with a 115 charge every time account needs replenishing     Good But

Upgraded to a new phone and downloaded the app App just spins like its trying to log in I can access via the web     Cant log in to account on app

The app does not allow me to log on anymore I had to use the full site on a browser Couldnt contact the app support either It indicated a server error     Cant log on to account

Id give zero stars but unfortunately there is no option for that For the money they collect i guess a decent app is too much to ask Wasted time     Sad application

Tried multiple times to create an account to pay and every time Im unable to complete the process because their drop down options are unselectable     Unable to fill in information for billing

Thought I might save some time and get an app to view my Fastrak activity Did not recognize my login Went to the Fastrak site directly and logged in there got done what I needed to do The app ended up saving no time at all and getting it to work would obviously waste a lot more     Unable to log into existing account

So far so good This app tells me what I need to know easy to use well designed                 Toll road app

As of recently Ive been unable to have the app sign into my account Still a ways to go from an app development standpoint at being a counterpart to the service thats offered through the toll roads     Great attempt

Gave session timed out error message when I tried to create an account after carefully going through entire process a couple times at a reasonable speed no more than 2 minutes Despite a few peoples smug messages that it works for them it doesnt work for me and there are legitimate problems with this app Hope they get it sorted out as its a pain to remember to get to a desktop the rare times I need to use tollways They dont make it easy for us rare users And Im sure thats by design if you forget its a 55 fine Try to find their customer service number on the website heres a hint its not under contact us Call me disgruntled whiny whatever but that doesnt mean it isnt true     Doesnt work for me

I can fill out all of my personal and car information but when I get to the screen where I have to enter in the toll I went through it just doesnt work The drop down for the date works but there is no way to change the toll entry place and exit Absolutely useless and not user friendly     Useless One Time Pay

I guess its safe to assume that none of the money collected goes towards developing let alone testing this application This has to be the poorest UI imaginable Once you spent endless time entering your information you WILL fail trying to enter your payment info as there is no way to change the card type to anything other than VISA or adjust the expiration date Safe yourself tons of frustration if you have to pay those guys make sure to create an account in the website not this POS app     Utter waste of time

This app used to work really well for me could get more info here than on the website But in the last few weeks something changed It either says I have the wrong password or puts me in an endless loop waiting to process my request The app developers need to fix this     Something changed

It didnt recognize my login info So I used my account number and password instead Now it says Wait a moment Forever     Still Waiting

Not all fields can be entered occasionally forces you into landscape Requires forcequitting to escape whatever problem youre experiencing that moment I just wanted to pay a onetime pass and 15 minutes later I gave up and used the website Shame     What UX

You can enter all your information then when you get to the drop down to select which toll road you were on it no longer works Tried on iPhone and iPad Deleted it and reinstalled it several times and my software is up to date Fix these issues The app should fully function or what is the point of having it if I cant use it to pay for toll     Never works
