I was looking for something like this for so long this app is great and will help you generate proposals very quickly you can save various pre sets and start building your quote in a few easy steps the app will grow with as much dedication that you put into it you can build your product and services list fantastically it takes a bit of time learning what you can and cant do with the template that you will export from excel into the app but so far it works amazingly with me the developers of this app are very responsive via email and i look forward to future updates I love the app and i am confident it will be a success as well as help us be successful at what we do Thanks for a well made app I am extremely satisfied just some notes for future updates 1 Availability to make text Bold or underline 2 picture integration within the document to go along with presets 3 categories for products and services to help keep things tidy 4 further page template customization                 Superb

I love this app it helps me make my proposals very quickly since you can save all your products and services so the more you use it the more robust it becomes As for improvements I would like to see the ability to export your proposals to DropBox which would be really helpful as I am back to emailing the files to myself Also it would be nice to see the ability to make different style of proposals such as a template set since you only have the ability to stick in the clients logo as well as your logo to give the proposal some pop But like I said I love this app and it was well worth what I paid for it              Great app needs a couple additions to make it amazing

Just downloaded and app appears to be great Also the app allows a lot of customization Import easily and export in many different formats At this time my only suggestion would be allowing users to change default titles such as Products and Services In my industry the normal terms would be Labor and Material There should also be one for Subcontractor If necessary this could fall under Product or Services but it would give the impression we are using a canned software Based on the design and other flexibility I dont feel this was the intention Hopefully there is a simple solution Then this would be 5 stars              Great App Great Start

This is exactly what I was looking for however I am in construction and it would be nice if they had a switch to turn off material prices from the actual invoice No one wants a detailed list of how many 2x4s Ill need in order to do the job If they would add that option I will give it another star              Great App

I have played with this app for a couple of weeks before deciding to rate it It is pretty close to darn perfect for my companys needs Our sales force writes quotes to end users consistently and we need an easy way to generate them on our new iPad minis The Proposal meets our needs splendidly I contacted customer service a couple of times expecting a delayed response or a weak answer to my question I was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response and the help I needed to move forward correctly This is unequivocally a first class operation I am looking forward to our other sales professionals using The Proposal                 Works perfectly

All in all a good concept with good execution but I cannot use the app until the ability to adjust the tax rate is more specific It needs to have the ability to be specified beyond the hundredth decimal place new York taxes No word back from support yet Been month or so        Tax issues

I searched for an estimating program for my new iPad and found The Proposal It has worked out very well and Im getting faster at building estimates I plan to use it onsite but for now am still coming back to the office to complete estimates Well organized and easy to use Id recommend it for any small business that needs to do estimates                 Does the job

I like the program and wish you could select templates for the proposal and the attachment for other PDF files like the 3 day notice my biggest problem is the discount I always discount the materials but not the services the program discounts all materials and services and I dont like that           Great product but has flaws

I own a Sandler Training sales training and consulting business and was skeptical that it would work for our business as I didnt see any remarks from my world It worked perfectly I believe this is not just the best proposal app out there but one of the VERY best business apps Ive ever used No joke I was reluctant to pay so much for an app but it has been worth every penny and lives up to its billing Ive even swapped emails with support over a weekend and they were on it Its easy to use Intuitive It does everything I could ask and then some I love the fact that I can put a cover page with a logo from the client Thats just cool Ive had two clients sign the proposal that I created during the meeting It takes that little time to create 12 minutes Im blown away                 The Best Using for Sales Training and Consulting Services

This app is feature rich with a ton of flexibility The end results give you a polished and professional look Even allows you to import excel spreadsheet pricing include images adjust tax markup discounts and so on Too many features to list really If you need to make adjustments to your proposal later on its simple and easy to do Bottom line if youre looking for an app with a large amount of flexible options this is it No more cookie cutterfill in the blank forms that limit you or dont have features you want This should be your only purchase I did request an invoicing feature so that you could invoice for additional expenses at a later date without having to redo your original proposal They said it was something that will be added in the next couple of months And I must say that the support for this is timely and professional which is a breath of fresh air compared to some other apps weve purchased in the past Keep up the great work guys                 Great App

We run proprietary software but have no in field way Have a iPad but no support The Proposal fills in the gap App Ida great and the development team really seem to want to make it better With some minor tweaking this will be a great addition to quick books wintac what we use and other programs that do not have on the go app support I have also recommended this to several of my friends for stand alone proposal program Again great app Looking forward to seeing what is next                 Great app

After most recent update app now changes price and adds tax after a customer signs Ive used this app very successfully for a while now but after this recent take over by Matrix IS I am disappointed App takes away any discounts given and adds tax when contract is signed I have emailed support and got no response Needless to say this has made me look very unprofessional and made it seem as if Im ripping customers off Very disappointed     Very disappointed

Intuitive and simple to use for a noneexpert computer user It allows entry of information while focusing on the client As selfemployed consultant makes invoices and expensetracking easier and lets me have important data with me while delivering services Hopefully will be helpful at tax time                 Very helpful for a consultant

I have been beta testing for another similar app but this app blows them away sorry guys It produces a very professional proposal and is extremely flexible so it can be customized to your liking I own a company that is in a niche market and I have been able to set it up EXACTLY how I want it There is a quick response from support and I think that the app though hard to improve will only get better Great price for a powerful app                 Great job

This app is much easier to use than Bidmagic and produces a much more polished proposal than Quickbooks We use this app to produce bids onsite Changes can be made on the fly and emailed instantly to the client for immediate approval Importing our entire Quickbooks database took a few hours but the template on their website makes this process easy And it did give me a chance to get rid of out dated items Lastly the emailed proposals that are generated are spot on No formatting is necessary just press email then pick the template you wish to use Done Being able to store and insert boilerplate text saves a ton of time                 Easy and Efficient

I use this app on a regular basis to generate quick proposals Well worth the price and pays for itself very quickly More customization would be good in the future but I have yet to find a better app                 Excellent timesaver for quick proposals

This app gives us the ability to be more efficient in the field and also keep our paperwork to a minimum Being able to provide a detailed and complete proposal to a client on the initial consultation is a breeze with this app Leaving with a signed proposal as opposed to emailingfaxing then waiting is great too I was able to set up this app with our logo all of our information and a fairly basic price list within an hour and headed to meet with a prospective client While meeting with our client I was able to prepare a solid professional proposal on the spot The client volunteered the comment working with us was fast and easy from using our website all the way to the proposal he received This app completely fits with our business plan to provide our clients with the most professional experience possible I look forward to all future releases from the creators of the app                 Looking forward to future releases

Being in a creative business I dont have a lot of time to dedicate to creating project proposals for clients but it is obviously the only way I can continue to stay in business I was looking for a solution to speed up my proposal creation time This app was the answer Once you have populated your database it is just a mater of clicking on the materials and services you need to include and the text you want to include in the body of the proposal and its automatically formatted I laid out my materials and services in an Excel spreadsheet and it imported directly to my iPad from dropbox I highly recommend this app to any service professional                 Perfect way to decrease your proposal creation time

Produces hands down best looking proposals of any app of this type but I cant use in current state These small additions would make it dominant but when I talked to developer they were working on things like fonts First I want to autopopulate the customer info from my address book Why would I want to type all that in again Second no excel support If you win a sale you should be able to easily export a spreadsheet to your purchasing people with all customer info and COSTSgross profit and a field for MANUFACTURERVendor name so they know what the heck to orderwhy would I want to create a bill of materials from scratch when this could spit it out Third again I need a field in proposal for speakers Most price sheets you import dont integrate the vendor name into the part number Finally and this should be easyallow me to turn off line item pricing to customer and just give them a project price Hopefully this developer will adjust their priorities to unleash the tremendous potential of this app           With a few adds could be the perfect app

I see much potential for this integrated into my Remodelingrepair business There are a couple things needed to make it rock solid The authors are extremely receptive to suggestions and feature requests so I expect they will make improvements quickly Also expect competitors to latch on to this concept thereby encouraging a stay on top attitude                 So far so good

This app is only short of one thing ability to localize the currency for the app I am a Nigerian and will want my proposal to be Naira currency not US dollar Other than that it is definitely every thing you will expect from a proposal application              The proposal

Ive been using Excel for my audiovisual proposals for a long time and have always wanted something to make the process faster and easier After I got my iPad I started looking for something exactly like this app This one does everything I was looking for Im just starting to use it but it appears that it will significantly reduce the time I spend writing proposals I look forward to more time saving apps from these guys in the future And as a bonus it looks great too                 Sweet App

the company i work for needed a mobile proposal writing app this one fit the bill nicely it generates very professional proposals that are better looking than the ones we currently produce using a different platform their customer service is very responsive i hope they are able to impliment the ideas that i suggested to make this great app even better                 very helpful app

I have just downloaded and started playing around with this app but already I am very impressed with its feature set ease of use and GUI Very powerful and customizable I think this is a real winner Great app at a very fair price                 Nothing like it on the app store

The latest update messed up the ability to edit cost and markup on the go It will allow me to change the price in the field but wont update the proposal price when I hit save To be clear I am not talking about editing a price sheet in the settings Please fix this Also when a customer signs the proposal it deletes the discount field and the customer ends up receiving a price greater than they agreed to when they signed     Needs fixed ASAP please

This app blew me away from the first minute I started using it The user interface is so simple and well thought out that it masks just how complex and functional this tool is The Help function clearly explains every function of this app in a clear and concise manner I love how I am able to customize this application and give it the look and feel I want every time I use it Its features run deep throughout the whole creation process and allows me to quickly produce solutions for my clients in a professional and easy to understand format This makes decisions for my customers easy to make and makes me MONEY Absolutely love The Proposal                 I Said YES

Can use Excel to upload pricing information This app has lots of possibilities Like anything you are new to it will take time to master works great just wish I has more time to learn it better App navigation I think could someway be made easier I like it and would buy it again No complaints other than the one mentioned PreciseAir                 Owner

This is a great app I would give it 5 stars but I feel it is missing one element to make this app outstanding There should be an option to add nonstandard on the fly one time items to the proposal Otherwise this app is one of the best I have bought Hopefully a near future upgrade will include this              Great app

I use this app daily It has been simple to integrate with our existing customer files through Dropbox It has also been a lifesaver for making the proposal process simple efficient and quick Its nice to have a proposal ready for a customer within minutes We use the GPS feature and save some time typing the address I hope on the next version they will auto save all proposals into Dropbox rather than manually requiring the user to export the proposal into Dropbox This is a pain              I use this daily

After going around the block with The Proposal I find it a very good first effort It succeeds in being a light application so learning curve is short and it provides a competent framework for getting the job done efficiently and with mostly pleasing results Further depth in customization is necessary to really make this a worldclass proposal engine All the formatting is automatic which drives the core simplicity though the database engine is SQL so there is a LOT of room to expand and customize the platform With this level of autoformatting there is almost no reason why this cannot be a universal app and also work on iPhone That would be a real bonus for quickdraw proposal generation Im not sure what value the GPS location feature brings to the party really just a gimmick that was a nobrainer to integrate Again this is a good start because this is a workproductivityoriented tool which translates into better productivity for professionals No other application out there provides any form of document automation or even usable templatebased composition If the developer can integrate a powerful set of customization features and a bit more document automation The Proposal will be a powerful longterm mobile application platform MJ              Generally this is a very smart app

Its very functional in my business of writing customers estimates on the spot I have a remodeling company and my sales team and I use daily So far the only thing I believe it lacks is the ability to send estimates between employees and them being able to open them and edit and maybe a way to integrate with QBooks Once you get in to making and downloading your own price list its amazing                 Worth every penny

Wow I was having problems loading a price list I emailed the address provided and promptly received a response which lead to me resolving my issue The really awesome part was that as an event planner the app didnt exactly suit my needs however when I mentioned that it would be helpful to hide the itemized costs in the output I was told that others made a similar request and in a couple of days a new version was released with that new feature Now this app will save me a ton of time in creating proposals which is crucial As a small business Thank you Cant wait for future updates                 Great customer service
