Good way of understanding the changes My only suggestion is that you PLEASE show the changed portions in bold or italics like the USCCB site does Great

This app clearly and succinctly explains the changes and reasons why It compares the old new and reasons why It takes you through the whole Mass I am a music director at a church and find this app to be the best explanation and format I have seen and better than the seminars Ive attended on the New Roman Missal changes Excellent explanation of changes

I believe that this application will prove to be extremely beneficial in the coming months leading up to the change in the Mass as well as those following the change I have presented it to my Spiritual Director who is anxious to share it with the whole parish The only thing I would change is the format he manner in which it is laird out can be confusing at first Lay member

I wouldnt waste your time on this app Although it does have pretty much all the new translations of the mass The descriptions of the reasons why they were changed are ridiculous and a half of them dont even address the changes that you just saw An amateur did this and Im sure his heart was in the right place but he needs to learn the new mass and he needs to leave that reasoning and explanations to the professionals Nice try but needs a ton of work

Although I hope to own a copy of the new translation of the Roman Missal I cannot do so right now After reading previous reviews I decided to purchase this and Im very glad I did It is absolutely accurate and contrary to the opinion of a previous reviewer the explanations given for each change are clear and accurate I base this upon the explanations given by Church officials in official publications during television appearances especially EWTN and at the Web site of the USCCB I highly recommend this app its easy to use and unlike the pew cards you have a reference to help you learn it Thank you Cale and God bless you Excellent Resource for Catholics

After reading the advertisement I inferred wrongly that this app would not only provide the new responses for the New Roman Missal but also at least some of the rubrics that the priests use Also the theological explanations for the changes are woefully insufficient Overly simplistic

Considering the final text of the new missal has been approved this app deserves an update particularly the Nicene Creed Concerning the new missal I for one am looking forward to November 27 2011 Great app
