Purchased a subscription through Newsstand couldnt log in to access issues pingponged between Hockey News and Apple CS and in the end no one could figure out how to fix the problem Apple refunded me I then tried to subscribe directly from HN andno luck Very poor fulfillment Bad account management
After taking my money I am unable to read the weekly edition I was not provided a sign in and have received NO SUPPORT from Hockey News Do not waste your money Worst customer service
I have a print subscription and I could not sign up for the digital option It would not work Thn
If you want to read the mag then go to the home screen then click on news stand and then CLICK ON WHAT YOU WANT OMG SERIOUSLY Make sure you see if its free or not Back on the ice
I purchased the annual subscription only to find it does not offer a way to sign in and access what I purchased WARNING DO NOT BUY Apple said they are giving me a refund Well see Had to choose one star wish I could have chosen negative 0 star Warning Do not buy

Just like the other reviewer I paid 2999 for a subscription and didnt get access I called customer service twice and they couldnt tell me anything I emailed me and they responded and said send the apple receipt But after a week they still havent figured it out Signed up but didnt work
This app is a musthave for any hockey fan I am in love with getting digital copies of the magazine immediately The digital version of the magazine will replace the paper one in my house Well done Musthave app

I signed up ITunes sent a confirmation but the app will not let me login It says I need a subscriber number but I never received one What a joke I hope I can get my money back App does not work
I already pay for the print version of the magazine All other magazines I subscribe to include the digital subscription as well as the print version The hockey news doesnt They want an extra 30 dollars a year for the digital version on top of the cost of the print version No thanks Print Subscriber
I had trouble with new issues not downloading too I deleted the app and redownloaded it and all the new issues populated then Its not just you Delete redownload app to get new issues

Im a print subscriber and I can log in but cant download any issues Please fix Print Subscriber doesnt work
I love the functionality of this app Easy to read with interactive content and live twitter feeds One issue I have with it its not automatically updating the library for me I need to remove and reinstall the app to see the new issue Perhaps this was a one time thing If it is I will revise this post for now I cant give 5 stars Almost there
