Was recommended this at one store and excited about it Put money into card told at another store it doesnt work and probably wont until the end of the year They were also super rude about it What a ripoff nice loyalty program     Doesnt work in Mid Wilshire either

Keeps saying there is a snag and does not keep me logged in     Does not work

Signed up using Facebook Now it always says unauthorized when I try to open the app Its completely useless until they fix the bug Been waiting months for an update and nothing At least the stores take a phone number for rewards Come on guys     Useless

Seriously How bad does an app have to be to have Coffee Bean approve it First off the map is terrible Plus it tracks your location even when youre not using it Its bizarrely touch sensitive The app wont post store hours for any location Once again CBTL proves itself the clear inferior to Starbucks And I really wanted to have this app since CBTL serves coconut almond milk Oy     Epic Fail

Possibly the worst app on the planet Never works at the store Please spend money to fix it     No option for zero stars

I went to Reseda and Devonshire location today I always paid with this app at this location but today a barista told me that they dont accept paying by this app and he kept saying that this location is not a participating store I ended paying by cash Very disappointing     bad app

Wont keep me signed in There is nothing worse than trying to pay at the register and needing to reenter your email address and password when there is a line of coffeedeprived customers behind you Fix this issue or add support for Touch ID and you get five stars           Needs work

Expand participating locations NOW     Expand locations to Hawaii

I know this app doesnt work well so I decide to take actual gift card with me avoid the awkwardness in store wait forever to check out The thing is I dont remember which card has left money which doesnt I just want to login and take a look It took me forever to login I only blame this apps developers its not that hard to write working codes is it     Please update this app iOS programmers

It is unfathomable to me that a major company should put out such a worthless app that never functions properly and is completely useless Instead of enticing sales and making purchasing easier and more efficient this has been nothing but a catastrophe since day one Every Coffeebean barista knows this and sheepishly shrugs that they are powerless to do anything about it Similarly the corporate folks acknowledge its shortcomings but seem unfazed by the damage its doing their company especially when Starbucks is so much easier and handier to use Instead they suggest I keep using their old fashion plastic cardsTruly horrifying     The Worst of the Worst and CB doesnt care

Worst app No signal no password recovery app never works     Works like crap

developers please add passbook support it allows users to store coupons boarding passes event tickets store cards credit cards as well as debit cards via Apple Pay It is all so convenient to just have all membership cards and coupons in just one place Youll be doing yourselves a huge favor by embracing it it is the future and I am so excited           Passbook support

Just downloaded it and after registering I try to load money into the app and keep getting the OOPS Unable to Activate Card error Well Oops I guess Ill keep using my Starbucks app     Doesnt work

App worked fine up until end of 2014 now Facebook login freezes up and doesnt work Luckily I set up my phone number for rewards when Im at the register with 10 customers behind me However its frustrating for looking up rewards and special offers and having to go on their website Thumbs down on this app Needs to be rebuild from the ground up     Keeps freezing FB login

If you bought a card through the app even without participating in the program you should be able to pay by manually entering the card number       

Needlessly complicated and clunky Id like to use it but it takes me 10 minutes to get to the screen I need     Awful

Im sorry but in times where everyone and their neighbor need to be on top of the game this app has a long way to go before they catch up to starbucks The app doesnt even take credit cards so they expect you to go to the store but a gift car and then load the gift card into your app and do this everytime to reload Really Thanks but not thanks And did I mention that NOONE at the store knows anything about their own app Come on people What the hell are you doing to yourselves I rather keep going to starbucks Theres far too many options out there Waste of time     Get with it Coffee Bean

I love Coffee Bean but this app is just atrocious Compared to Starbucks app this is like amateur hour poorly designed why the hell does it not work with applepay slow and unresponsive Cmon guys you dropped the ball on this one     Epic disapointment

Sorry to give this one star since the coffee is actually better than Starbucks coffee but this is a review of the app only and this app is absolutely terrible The card number has to be manually input not all stores participate sometimes its excepted sometimes it is not Just terrible     Awful App Doesnt come to the Starbucks app

Did not get any points when I paid with the registered gift card When I showed the baristas the 4 digits reward codes from the app they all said those do not work Had to physically pulled out the registered gift card to pay I saw the amount deducted from the app but no points made Also please consider making barcoded app like Starbucks for easier access to the card number     Not working in OC Calif

Created account using FB now it wont allow me to log in or use the money I have added to my account Basically fraud     Horrific App

The app stopped working recently I had login issues several time Mysteriously I was logged out and I cannot log back in until I uninstall and reinstall the app Stupidly I chose to login with Facebook A big mistake Once you choose the FB login option there is no way to switch to email and password option What were they thinking for this nonsense This FB login is super slow and I suspect the FB login causes the whole bunch of login issues A couple days ago I opened the App and it showed unauthroized and I could not login So I did a regular workaround Deleted app and reinstalled it Now nothing happens when I try to login Just shows the login process spinning wheel and goes back to login screen I even revoked the access from FB hoping to trigger the access rights request and start over No Nothing happens Just the same spinning wheel only So I cannot use the app at all Also when I was using this app I was annoyed by another UX personprogrammers stupid logic If you have multiple cards registered and the one of cards does not have enough fund the app completely skips to this card and starts deducting from the other cards with sufficient fund Why it does not finish the first card So I have 4 cards on the app and there are cards with 30 cents and 1 left And this app does not have a feature to consolidate the fund between cards Actually this is a HUGE issue just for coffee bean card before the app started A very long time ago I was able to do so on the web but at some point it stopped Now only place to consolidate the fund from cards is at the cashier I LOVE Coffee Bean coffee but the technology side is horrible and a huge letdown     Slow Horrible UX and Login problem

App is NOT available in all areas but you MUST supply your email to the app for their records to see So I deleted the app and its messed up they retain my email info Sounds like a scam to me Dont fall for it and dont give it any info Read other reviews Person loaded gift cards and lost it all Apple needs to junk this app     FAKE APP

Ive been using this app to pay I have cards loaded but now I cant sign in with Facebook and cant access my credit What can I do to get it to work again Edit Its been more than a couple of months or so and no update or fix coffee bean basically ate all my gift cards that I dont have anymore     Cant sign in coffee bean doesnt care

This is more a review of the rewards program overall than just the app Youre supposed to get 1 for every dollar you spend but since most things end in 95 you end up getting ripped off because they dont round up even that 5 cent difference They also have a bizarre code system to pay with rather than just scanning a barcode which seems unnecessary        The program gyps you

I love the company but the app doesnt work and until I can add gift cards to my iPhone Wallet and be able to pay with Apple Pay Ill do most of my purchases at Starbucks     Never works and behind the times

Its always nice to earn points for your purchases and get a free drink or snack But the app is not welldesigned The user should be able to pay with minimum number of clicks to the appropriate screen And its really annoying having to login every day or two        Needs fixing

I cant even start entering my credit card credentials When I try to load the preinstalled coffee beans member card then it gives me an error along the lines of Oops we cant load your card at the moment please contact support This is not working for over a week now Bad app     Not working

Put 10 on it to use the app at the store and got to said store only to find out that they dont do that here In other words Ive wasted 10 Ill never see again     Beware

Not a great app The fact that it doesnt automatically link purchases from your registered cards to rewards is surprising and annoying Having to show the code is an extra wasted step     Should be much better

Ive been trying to sign into this app for weeks and it keeps failing It says Im linked to facebook but will just sit and load and not sign me in The rewards are also no where close to starbucks So sad     Ugh

I stupidly scanned my gift card into the app and then threw it away I mean Ive been using Starbucks app for 3 years Well I went into the Coffee Bean yesterday and the barista told me that they didnt take the app So then I tried to read him my gift card number and he told me their system isnt set up to use the card So in essence I threw away a 20 gift card for an icon on my phone I cant use     Stores Dont Take This

Logs you out of your account periodically Its terribly difficult to log in If you open your app at the counter to pay for you coffee and find youve been logged out forget about logging in to pay with your gift card Additionally when the app works you cant just scan your phone The phone gives you a code you must give the barista Its just a Byzantine nightmare Makes you want to go to the just across the street     Just terrible

Since the ending of last year 2014 I havent been able to login with Facebook so I can see how many points I have Itll do the circling thing like its logging me in but then just disappears and stays at the original log in section As if the lack of stores isnt annoying enough and the one store I go to having issue with their computers and not giving me my credit I still have this to worry about Guess its time to cease and dismiss Back to Starbucks they offer more anyways     Login

Very slow loading Many times I had to give up using it as it wont load And since mid May I havet been able to login at all Usernamepassword doesnt work telling me I need to login with Facebook When I try to login with Facebook nothing happens And its amazing how the company does nothing about it for months Absolutely worst coffee app or probably the worst commercial app in general     Needs tons of work

I frequently have to delete and reinstall this app because after a while it loses my fb login and there is no other way to recover        poor app
