I have been trying to make an order for the last hour and the app has crashed at least 7 times Every time it crashes I have to log in again and it takes forever Anything you click on lags and its just way too slow Very disappointed Slow keeps crashing

Not very good at all Why do I have to keep logging in

This app causes more frustration than anything else It crashes randomly whilst using it and does not remember items placed in the cart EVEN WHEN YOURE LOGGED IN which has caused me to miss out on purchasing items that took me hours to search for and decide upon I would give it 0 stars if I could Crashes more than it works

This app is terrible It crashes constantly and when you relaunch it whatever was in your cart is gone When you are browsing through items and you tap to get more detail and then go back it puts you at the top of the list So if you were 4 pages in you have to scroll all the at through to get back to where you are This app is getting deleted immediately Very disappointed Terrible app

This app is very good helpful and inviting However the ONLY thing its missing is a price checker feature for when shopping to help speed the customers experience although there are price scanners available now for use in stores this would still help customers shop faster and more efficiently Another thing is that i feel that customers should be offered My Place Rewards bonus points just for downloading the app It would help market the app better The app is wonderful for all customers and i recommend all shoppers to download it Enjoy Wonderful app

Crashes Constantly Waste of time Crashes

You literally would need to purchase things one at a time I spent so much time this morning loading things in my cart and when I went to check out I kept getting an error message and all of the things in my cart disappeared So I tried again and the same thing happened Horrible app Do not waste your time Very annoying app

Dowloaded this again after getting an email touting the deals that would automatically appear Nice try ALL of the Deals were expired with no way to add new offers Disappointing thought this was going to work like the Kohls app Not so Not great

I love Childrens Place but this app is completely unusable It doesnt open properly on a tablet at all and you havent bothered to fix anything since last year judging by the version history Do yourselves a favor and fire your app team and completely rework this app Horrible and useless

Its very slow Takes a LONG time to load a page but it also crashes on me exists me out the app while Im browsing it glitches and all my items Ive added to my bag get deleted or vanish after the app exits me out and I come back in its very annoying If this app doesnt get fixed Ill just have to go to the store instead and bring my little one Which is more difficult to shop clothes for Ugh SLOW

I normally dont rate anything but i really disliked this app so much First it logs you out every time you exit the app It does not have an option to keep your log in info Thats not too bad It crashes A LOT I couldnt go through pages without it at least crashing once Check out is the same deal I tried for a bit but it always logged me out or I had to redo everything Do not get this app unless all the bugs are fixed Glitchy

Every time I try to fill my cart the app crashes Ive tried 7 different times to pick out clothes and get close to being finished and then get kicked off and have to start again This is extremely frustrating makes me not want to shop on your page Crashing issues

Why cant I save my rewards points to the passbook application like other reports programs allow you to do If Gymboree can figure it out then the Childrens Place ought to be able to figure it out as well passbook integration

Im wondering the point of this app First issue that makes navigation frustrating and inconvenient is when I select an item to view then try to return to the previous pagelist of items and am taken to the top of the list instead of returned to where I left off So Im spending 80 of the time scrolling scrolling scrolling through hundreds of items to find my place again Secondly the app crashes and deletes everything Ive added to the shopping cart So after 30 or 45 minutes of shopping mostly scrolling I have to start over These problems have been present as long as Ive had the app and I see no improvement Terrible crashing issues
