never had a problem with the application until you change cases and no way to get my password and no option for customer care how can i contact some to helpe if i dont live in US              help

I bought a year subscription and I cannot log in or download anything I tried contacting support but there webpage is 404     How do I get my subscription

i dont have an ipad     ipad only

Magazine is great thats why after WASTING 20 buying this online subscription I decide to drive to target and buy my hard copy User names and password required to c your online magazines are updated every Tuesday night so careful if you start your subscription on a Wednesday you may have to wait a week to be able to log of course if it works According to the magazine publisher which is based in Florida you have to remember where u buy your subscription from because if u buy it thru iTunes like I did iTunes then is the one responsible for your magazine credentials to me this is complete BS I have tried to solve this issue multiple times by calling and I have been greeted by the rudest and most clueless customer service you could imagine to the point that at this point I rather call the utility company rather than this people Great magazine great articles amazing information when you get the hard copy Not a good online version     WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Once you subscribe delete the box magazine from newsstand and reinstall it Box fix your app           How to fix download issues

Just getting to CrossFit this def gives the motivation to get off the couch with some fun workout and food ideas                 I dig it

I purchased a one year subscription through the App Store and can not download my current or past issues When I click on App support I get error page 404 I went to The Box Magazines website and could not send a message to customer service because they did not recognize my email address There is no telephone listed to call     Bad Experience

Really wanted this mag but didnt read the reviews first Like so many others purchased a year subscription and now cant readdownloadloginnothing Have tried reinstalling etc to no avail Hope I can get my 20 bucks back     Beware

It is about time the Crossfit community has a publication I am sure it will continue to develop and grow just as Crossfit is doing I really like reading the spots from top games athletes I also enjoy the articles about proper lifting techniques              The Box

Magazine content is fine The app design blows though Half the time you cant even open the magazine so whats inside it is irrelevant     Meh

The magazine is great Very convenient to have on my ipad take it everywhere The only complaint I have is that the electronic version comes out so much later then the hard copy If they came out around the sometime it would be great All in all great mag great app              Only one complaint

Ive had this app for over a year and it never fails to disappoint The magazine is constantly have issue loading or refreshing the pages even if they are fully downloaded The issues come out way later than the paper version too Dont waste your money on the app Its a fairly decent magazine so if you really want to drop some cash on it Just buy the paper copy Youll actually be able to read it     Not worth the money

I have purchased the 12 month plan three times already and will not allow me to read Waste of money and time and still cannot read     Aweful

I had the same problem with downloadingviewing paid subscriptions After talking with The Box support the issue was quickly resolved When The Box app is open and you are viewing the monthly magazines in the top right corner of the screen is a padlock icon tapclick on it You will be prompted to input the userid you created when you paid for The Box subscription then input The Box password This worked for me Good luck Please post if this works for you              Viewing paid issues

Was really excited to get this magazine Bought a one month subscription and still dont know what that actually got me I couldnt access the issue I wanted and still had to pay full price for an old issue Plus it automatically renewed so Ow I have to find out how to cancel it     No good

This is a great magazine I read it cover to cover and cant wait for the next issue Lots of good relevant information about form diet and various other CF topics Looks awesome on the screen My only complaints are that you cant download old issues Otherwise I plan on subscribing once I figure out how to do it                 fantastic

I wasted 20 bucks for year subscription and cant even sign in This should have been fixed by now Bad customer service     HORRIBLE
