I own hundreds of childrens apps and this one is my most favorite It runs smooth with no lag or hiccups on the latest iOS8 There is a ridiculous amount of content here I mean that in the best way With over 2 12 hours of fully narrated stories and some great interactive activities including a make your own story this app has so much to offer First the narration is 100 professional It is the kind of narration where you pay a professional 1000s of dollars just to read once upon a time The kind of narration that will stick with you as a adult Im quite sure the experience of using this app will be a truly memorable one for your children The narration is engaging and is full of life not to mention the story is read at the perfect pace to keep you engrossed in the story and so that your children wont find it difficult to keep up I couldnt ask for anything more The hand drawn illustrations add almost just as much to the story as the narration They are clean crisp oh so colorful simplistic and look great on a retina display The illustrations are sure to catch your childrens eye The story or rather all of the stories are expertly handcrafted They are imaginative and silly in a way that captures even my attention The plot is easily followable and the stories are just plain fun There is not even the subtlest hint of any offensive content or references Did I mention this app was educational Certainly traditional type learning couldnt be near indistinguishable from play But in this app it is The joy of experiencing this app blends seamlessly into the educational content They are one in the same and that is what makes this the greatest childrens app that I have ever downloaded There are no hidden cheap tricks No dressing up broccoli to look like a chocolate bar Using that metaphor this app looks like a chocolate bar tastes like a chocolate bar but has the nutritional content of a vegetable smoothie I myself am mesmerized by this app I absolutely love it It is a true hidden gem on the AppStore and Im proud to be its first reviewer This app was truly made for children The only regret I have with purchasing it is that I didnt purchase it sooner Favorite Childrens App
