Summer is over and pool is closed Winter is coming and time to open the hot tub What Where s my hot tub info and what happened to my previous water test data Why can t I test get the recommended chemical fix and save the information specific to my hot tub anymore Please restore original previous app functionality where users can switch between POOL and HOT TUB water testing It was what made the HTH app unique and absolutely useful to both pool and hot tub owners I have been only purchasing and using HTH products for both my pool and hot tub but if I find another brand product that has both separate and specific pool and hot tub water test functionality app then sorry but bye bye HTH     No more specific HOT TUB water testing An@rion

I agree with other reviewer The app was great when it suggested how much chemical to add now I have to read the chemical container and do the math usually in bad light What a waste why did you change the APP it was fine the way it was I have now switched brands STUPID     No stars for you urabuszoom

They have updated this app and now it is no longer user friendly unless you use their test strips which I can t find Guess I won t be buying their products anymore     This new version is useless keepdreamin71

This app was great until this update I can t change between pool and spa and all of my old data is gone     No stars ggjunior

I really liked this app having a smaller pool The old app worked great in telling me what I needed to add for my size pool When my numbers were off the app even showed me the product to by NOW IT DOESN T HELP AT ALL So I will delete this app look for help elsewhere and probably us a different product I think all people should work but the person that approved this upgrade should start looking for a new job     Worse update ever Jvc12234556789

The updated version of this app is only designed to sell hth products not help the pool owner I have a tiny pool and the previous app had all my dimensions and gave me amounts to use scaled to my pool size The current version only give recommendations and then guides you to buy the products I already have the products I want to know how much to add For example before the app directed me to add only 7 oz of shock weekly Now they recommend buying and using a 1lb bag of shock Definitely a terrible app     Good app turned bad Jim Wasson

I loved this app before the update It told me the exact measurements of which chemical I needed Now it doesn t please bring this feature back Also it s so hard to compare colors on a digital screen it looks different to everyone Just go back to the way it was before please     Disappointed in update Boobearme

HTH s app and website have never been well thought out but the app did work well by simply allowing you to enter your pool capacity and enter exact results of your water testing so they could tell you exactly how much of each product to use You had to have separate HTH accounts for the app and the website which is ridiculous and the website would make you choose a shape of your pool and choose depth width and length Yes even if you told them you had a round pool you had to enter width and length not diameter Then the website would inaccurately calculate the capacity of your pool and you had to end up lying about your pool size and keep adjusting it until you got the right capacity Then when entering your testing results you would have to choose from results that look similar to the colors for testing strip comparison For example if your pH is 100 you can t enter 100 you have to select either 80 or 120 Then after all that it would only tell you what product to buy not how much to use This is why I always relied on the app and not the website Well now that the app has been updated it is exactly the same flawed system as the website and I can no longer log in with my login for the old app but had to use my login for the website so my previous test results from the app aren t even there What a pain Why even bother using this app if it won t tell you how much product to use based on the results of your pool test That s the whole reason for this app in the first place     Ridiculous Troxad

Umm I tried to log in and noticed my password or email wasn t working thought maybe something was wrong or I had the wrong app nope the changed it I don t like this new update This app was perfect I would put my numbers in and it would tell me what chemicals I needed simple and to the point Now it goes my strip Please please change it back     Why change why Jenp376

Worked great until update now it says my email and password aren t valid Had to create a new account and now this app is useless The old app would tell me how much of each chemical to put in to correct the pool This app just gives me links to buy products I already have but doesn t tell me how much to put in Why did you ruin a good app I have the HTH water test kit and all the HTH chemicals the handy app made it easier to keep the pool in check Now the app is useless I have to do my own trial and error to bring the chemicals to the right place SO DISAPPOINTED looks like I will be looking for a new app and new chemicals I am not buying anymore hth products     Zero stars Clucky1995
