Ive been using Tel3 for years and havent had any problems with their service or their billing I used their app on my previous Windows Mobile phone and it worked well enough It was a litle clunky in that it pinged the international number and then immediately switched to the Tel3 app The iPhone app is much better Great GUI and it integrates seamlessly with my contacts Rarely Ill have trouble connecting to an international number Tel3 typically gives me a credit automatically without even asking Ive been very satisfied with them                 No hitches works well

Is easy to use and make calls but to my experience all the international calls I made had a major problem the other party could not hear me very well When I realize what the problem was I will go thru the local phone number and the calls were greatly improved I even had the tel3 customer service try to find why the quality of the calls had degraded so much It was this App I had and have used tel3 for more than 10 years     A honest opinion

The app has never worked for me It dials extremely slow and before it even finishes dialing its string of numbers you get a recording saying invalid number I gave it one star because I couldnt give it zero stars If it doesnt work whatsoever its not worth any stars     App never works

They had a promotion for free international minutes so wanted to try them out and downloaded and set up account My calls never went through and either no connection or kept saying pin wrong Pin provided by them and stored correctly I stopped using for a while cuz didnt need to make calls Bought another app Then wanted to try using them again and they had expired my free minutes and put a no activity lock on my account After calling customer service I learned the free minutes were expired even though I did not use it Very disappointing when there app doesnt even work correctly and their customer service lacks in customer service     Waste of time

Nice app but needs some improvemenets I would love to see my account balance and even top up the balance the ability to change the access number from 800 to my local access number How about sending SMS feature     Nice but

Ive been using Tel3 for 2 years and I love it The call quality is great most of the time the calls always go through and the money in my account doesnt magically disappear like it does with most international calling cards                 Excellent Service

Ive used Tel3Advantage for long distance calls for several years and had no problems So I was really excited to see that there was an Iphone app for it But when I tried to use it all I get is a BUSY signal all day long I think the problem is that everyone who is using this Iphone app is funneled through the SAME 1800 access number to dial to Tel3Advantage to make their calls In fact the app doesnt give us a way to change the 1800 access number even though there are other 1800 or 1877 access numbers I hope Tel3Advantage developers will see this review and correct this constantlybusysignal problem Otherwise no one will download your app     Constantly BUSY

This is a great application and worked well the first time I used it I frequently call Europe and Tel3 is the best deal around Now all I have to do is use the Tel3 keypad dial the number and the rest works like a charm Love it                 Works like a charm

Let me share my experience with this service First use app and dial using speed dials Second when you sign up use discounts from agents website BEFORE you download app or from a laptop like 3longdistance it immediately gives you more value Also use PayPal to pay you will accumulate more cash back Another option is to sign up by the 800 phone for one of the special plans that you have to ask for example Savings Plan or Triple Promo plan The phone Can be found on agents sites Enjoy                 Great app if you use it right

Quite appalled actually at all the negative reviews This app works absolutely flawlessly and tel3 has been working to make it faster since I first subscribed Calls use to take 10 seconds to connect and now only take a maximum of 5 seconds It doesnt connect through a 1800 access number but rather the closes to your geographic location I call Germany UAE and Afghanistan daily with absolutely no problem and higher call quality than land lines Great app tel3 only improvement I would suggest is running the app in the background                 Best long distance service Ive ever had

Please update for OS 30 and iPhone 3GS It crashes everytime I try to use the phones internal phone book        Crashes everytime

Beware of this application I already had a Tel3Advantage Account when I downloaded this application I used the App for the first time yesterday Sat July 18th to make two international calls via the Tel3Dialer however today I learned that my calls were routed to my Cell phone carrier instead of my Tel3Advantage account I discussed this with both my carreir TMobile and Tel3 and currently the issue is still being resolved Beware of this app since all international calls may actually be routed to your carrier and not Tel3Advantage which of course defeats the purpose of having a Tel3Advantage account Be warned     Beware of this app

I thought this was a VOIP app like Skype but it is not I racked up almost 100 in roaming charges in Canada All it does is cover the long distance which is useless because what cellphone plan charges you for LD They only charge roaming     THIS IS NOT VOIP useless

Downloaded to iphone to make international calls All circuits are busy please enter phone number to call invalid number after 10 attempts I gave up     Doesnt work

I downloaded the iphone app after I bought 10 from the tel3 website I first thought it was a great app cheap international calls easy to use However when I was checking ATT current charges few days later I saw that I was charged almost 500 for international calls which I made using the app I sent tel3 an email explaining the situation I mainly mentioned that I followed all their steps entering a infront of the number and so on Mark Blackwood from trouble Department answered me saying he will assist me to have things resolved He said he will talk to his boss and answer me in a couple of days He never called back so I called him asking what happened and he said that his boss is away and will be back the following week Same story happened the week after I called him again and he said he wasnt able to meet with his boss The same thing repeated over and over again After more than 10 calls and more than 1 month of waiting he told me today that his boss hasnt asnwered him yet and said that I should try other means to get my money backAlso when I tried getting his boss contact info he said that hes not allowed to share it with me Not only I dont believe him but I also think he was trying to buy time by pushing me away hoping I will stop calling and forget about my 500 that I incurred by using their app I will contact itunes and try to see if there is a way to get my money back If it doesnt work I bring this to the court and hopefully give a lesson to Tel3 on how to respect their client time and money So please BE AWARE     They are a bunch of liars BE AWARE TRUE STORY

Very very slow sometime it said invalid pin you have to try to many times to make one callI will spend my 20 using phone lines not this app and will no come back Do not use this app     Waste of time

This is the worse quality available in the industry I have used it and tried to solve problems with tech dept and they ran many worthless quality tests The App does not work well either still need to enter twice a number before it works Do not waste your time It should be no star     Tel 3

Works perfectly Just one comment about access numbers Only one 800 number is used in the dialer and often rings all circuits busy I recommend that Tel3 allow users to insert local numbers for the dialer to use to relieve the demandvolume              Tel3Dialer

Very very bad verification Need to answer too much personal information just only buy a Calling Card So ridiculous To much Better to cancel it than answer my personals info     Bad experience

I have now tried 4 similar apps and rank them here in order of preference 1 Skpe 2 Rebtel a close second 3 Foocall and 4 Tel3 My primary complaint with Tel3 is that it dials painfully slow connects accurately about 60 of the time while the other 40 of the time it will not connect or it will tell you that the number does not exist Yet if you keep dialing it will eventually It also does not offer SMS If Foocall offered SMS it would be competitive with Rebtel As soon as I run the balance down to zero I am putting this one in the bin        Better choices are available

It doesnt connect well and its very slow Its fraustrating to wait so long to connect with multiple tries and often it doesnt connect with your party Please provide patch to resolve this as soon as possible        Needs major update

It does exactly what is says I think its great because it saves me typing As for the person that had international calls routed through the cell phone service I dont think they read the instructions You must have 011 in front of your stored international numbers to use it correctly and for it to route your call through Tel3 you should hear the Tel3 welcome prompt before it dials your destination number           Saves me typing 2 long numbers

least I give it one star This is one of the dumbest app on planet Yes it is a lowest call app but it takes like 2 days to get connected to your destination country Plus they have too much security that is so annoying I hate it more than any other app     Worst App
