Since I updated my ipad to the new version 2 days ago I have not been able go use this app It crashes when launched I have tried reinstalling restarting my device etc but nothing works     Crashes upon startup Sms313

Keep getting a No internet connection error even though I have a good data connection Sometimes closing the app and relaunching helps sometimes it doesn t You also can t have two devices logged in at the same time so if my wife was reading the paper she has to log out before I can go in and read the paper At this point we re considering switching it to the regular paper instead of online app subscription         Good when it works PaRoCker

Well I am really disappointed with this application I recently purchased a year e subscription to my local paper so I can read the paper on my iPad Only to find out that this application does NOT work and there is no expected resolution timeframe I called support and their only recommendation is to use a browser Well my iPad is WiFi only and will not work on the train where I wanted to read the paper Please fix this ASAP     New User Not Happy jruhl007
