The notifications are not working on the app so I never know when my ride has been accepted by a driver This becomes very annoying when it takes 30 minutes to have a ride accepted and I have to stare at the screen the whole time to make sure I don t miss it It is also not just happening to me I have talked to others who have the same problem This needs to be fixed soon     FIX THE NOTIFICATIONS SCG-D

I like the app out school uses it for reserving rides I wish it had a plan ahead option where I can schedule a ride at a certain time I can do that if I call the hotline There still seems to be a lot of glitches some pages won t load the feedback button doesn t work and I have a constant red notification icon As one of those people who likes to clear all of my notifications it drives me nuts             Cool but glitches KLong1021

It s convenient during the earlier hours most of the time but the later the hour the worse the service is The drivers are nice no doubt But when it s 9 10pm at night and you ve got a flat bike tire a reliable ride is definitely nice I waited for more than 40 minutes after I had requested a bike accessible ride back to my dormitory The van that came did not have a bike rack Why accept my request if the car didn t have a rack T T             Meh CrustySalty123

It s a great idea and concept but it s so slow It takes 30 60 minutes just to find a driver for your ride All the time waiting for a driver I could ve walked to my destination And when I cancel my request for a ride minutes later a driver accepts my ride Great idea poor service     Very Slow Service CTZ215

The app glitches a lot and the tracking location jumps around so I never know where exactly the bus is The estimated time is constantly changing as well so I can t even go off of that I ve waited for rides for up to an hour and if I cancel a ride to pick up another or I m 3 mins late I get scolded by the driver Please refine the app and it would be appreciated if your drivers stop scolding us for problems that 95 of the time isn t our fault     Good concept but not there C Farr
