i have registered downloaded attempted to log in and still cannot get the d thing to work i have registered and reregistered and keep getting the sites inability to recognize my log in attempts i keep getting the notice of invalid user name and or password I have yet to receive any kind of answer when reporting a problem when trying to open the application i m told that the support for this app is not recognized     what s going on snnycee

I used to use this app when it was called Homepipe and it worked great The company is asleep at the wheel now I just installed it on a new computer and I can t even login The iPhone app still hasn t been updated for the iPhone 5 screen Support appears to be nonexistent I m looking for another alternative     Don t Bother twentw

Its really useful when you need a file you have on your computer The only downside is that it seems to download larger files very slowly             A really good way to get files when you need them ToWhomItMayConcern99

I was debating between HomePipe and Dropbox until I spoke with HomePipe on Twitter I didn t realize how much easier it was to just share my files from my computer instead of having to upload each file I want to access This was a major plus for me I know people complain about it not being free anymore but that doesn t bother me I can use the free version a few times a month and that s all I need Keep it up HomePipe                     HomePipe is Fantastic SocialLindsay

It was a good app until they decided to screw everyone that paid for the premium and drop down to a subscription based ad driven piece of c p update For some reason there is a 5 star rating from the OLD version before they screwed thier customers included in the average ratings for THIS version That appears to be what brings this versions average rating up to 2 1 2 stars     Don opy0929

EDIT 1 8 11 I ve changed my ranking from 5 stars to one The new inception of paying a fee to access my own files on my own computer is ludicrous Deleted and found a new streaming app that handles both audio AND video OLD POST Tried it on both Mac PC and it works awesome I was able to stream my music from either computer to my iphone 3GS plays after a 20 second buffer time Setting up new share folders was a breeze on their website Yes I have to keep my computer on with the client software running but now I have access to 35 gigs of music with just a 16 gig iPhone And best of all it s free FYI access to ALL your files and streaming of BOTH audio and video files is available via their website from any computer Streaming video to your iPhone is still in the works     Free Audio Streaming to your iPhone michaels69

This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for I was a tad scared it wouldn t work on my work computer with all the firewalls proxies port blocking that is done but it did Quick setup Brilliant One quick word warning on functionality when you click the Move button the file is removed if you don t tell it where to move I m not sure where it goes but it shouldn t do anything until you give it a destination Just my opinion but I almost lost a file glad I had a backup Still 5 stars for me I think it s great                     Love it N8Darb

This is a great app I find it very useful for viewing photos documents and listening to music Tips I have windows 7 and I was able to use the mklink command from an administrative command prompt to create a link to a directory on another drive outside of my home folder For example my music is on my F drive Suggestions Feature Requests Please add multitasking to this App so That I can listen to music and do other things at the same time Also password protection would be nice so people borrowing my phone don t see all the documents on my home pc Last please allow for swipe gestures to advance to next picture when viewing pictures Can the bars above and below the pics be more transparent so that just the text or arrows are visible Can a slide show be implemented Thanks                 Some tips and suggestions AM68916

I usually do not write reviews however this app deserves praise It is a huge step forward in Cloud networking and works pretty seamlessly Having to wait 20 sec for the initial song to buffer is a small price to pay for access to 80gb of music Not to mention the entire playlist streams without minimal interruption after initial buffer I am truly impressed especially since my server desktop is ancient and slow The only thing I would add is NAS support so that I may directly access my ready Nas Duo without having to go through my PC Awesome Job and what more could you want for free Does the premium version only illiminate ads Or are there more features                     Awesome app What not could you want from a free cloud based network server RaptorMedic

I had simplify media and loved it it worked great But they got rid of it This app fails way to slow can t even stream one song without several skips Video just forget about it Hopefully this app will get better with time right now just live without streaming to iphone     good idea needs major help Zacblack09

Went to homepipe net and signed up and downloaded iPhone app and within minutes was able to view my PC documents from iPhone Very easy to use and worked great                     Easy to install and use go4wd

Wasted installation as this app requires an agent to serve files from home computer and they do not support older PowerPC architecture Even on their website they do not describe requirements Also forget about Linux     Not Universal binary no OSX PowerPC seahull

Installed it a few minutes ago Loving it After setting up a few share folders it took me 2 minutes to figure out how to re login on my iPhone use the default Without the re login the iphone cannot pick up the new share folders on my pc                     Great app java777

Nice little VPN Media sharing app It works well for the PC also It would be nice to have a built in webserver function so a a friend or co worker can have quick access to your files via the iPhone iTouch app over a browser tunnel connection I think it would be a bit confusing for the average PC user and needs to have some details and descriptions added to explain features an functions on the PC Mac application                 Cool Aethan Tristifar
