This is a really great aac app Its completely customizable you can add a new word in seconds Its very easy to use organize My nonverbal son has been using it for 2 months has made tons of progress The Google image link the delay for repeative tapping are awesome The developer is quick to answer questions via email The only feature I wish it had is a scroll bar                 Great app

No sound out of the box on my iPad initially Problem was with slide switch on iPad App appears to be all it is touted to be but like anything else the quality will be discovered in daily use              Seems great but my granddaughter will be the final judge

The concept of this app is good but it needs a lot of work to be more user friendly in my opinion I am having a lot off problems with getting kicked out of the app while creating pages This is happening so much that it is making it just about impossible to get much done in customizing pages for my child not to mention the frustration it creates This is making it very difficult and time consuming to create stuff for my daughter to be able to use Also it is not very easy to copy and paste pages or buttons that have been created to be used in other places When creating a new pagebutton it would be nice if when the choices of edit delete and copy came up that when you hit copy it could bring up your list of created pages and buttons to select which you would like to copy and then it would just copy it right into the cell your working on I think this would streamline the process of creating pages with choices that you use over and over such as colors numbers etc The pages list should be organized alphabetically to make it easier to search through pages that have been created for linking etc I would like to see more color choices for backgrounds and borders andor the ability to create custom colors to be saved and used repeatedly would be a great feature It would be nice too if the page creation menu didnt resize to larger and smaller when making choice of colors for background text and borders This little bit of time that it takes for the menu to resize each time adds up when programming several pages at a time plus it is a bit annoying visually Another feature that would be nice to see is the ability to link a pagebutton to either a music file on your iPad an app or even to a website I think this would make the app much more functional and give users the ability to play a favorite song or access a app of their choice or get to a website they like to frequent such as Facebook or whatever Sarafrustrated user of this potentially great app        Needs some work

Bought this app for my 11 year old nonverbal child Extremely easy and quick to program Love that I can put as many or as few buttons on any given page can customize individual button background colors and borders Only negatives are that the app will close suddenly for no apparent reason Other negative is that each page moves up slightly when swiped to reveal blank space below the last row of buttons My son has tremors and if he accidentally swipes the page up then he sees this big blank space and cannot see all his choices because they have moved up out of view              Excellent

Weve been using TalkTablet in school and at home for over 2 years We LOVE it It has changed our sons life for the better We add and change buttons and pages every evening prior to the following school day Never had a problem So having read Maooses review below it sounds like heshe is looking for menu app that plays music and starts other apps TalkTablet is the 5 star AACspeech app                 Strongly recommended This app has everything that makes a great symbol based speech app
