So much polish on this game The developer always listens and responds to requests Thanks Nomad for creating such a robust game                 Really great board game

Everyone who has had issues and going berserk giving one star just need to take a breath and calm down All apps are going to have bugs personally I have experienced a few in game bugs but nothing to go crazy about This game is an exact replica of the physical game All the small details you have come to love about talisman have been painstakingly recreated My only complaint Hurry up with more expansions Take my money                 Calm down

Ive loved Talisman since the 80s This digital version is great One problem that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the cards when they are revealed are not even close to being HD Theyre in fact so SD that you can barley make out the art Also would love to see Talisman Timescape become a digital expansion Keep up the great work              Cards are not HD

This would easily be a five star review BUT I just did the update and lost ALL my experience rune stones etc I played many hours for those They are not replaced w restore purchase as they arent purchases that is fine But give me back the rewards for that time or I stop playing and what youll care about wont be buying expansion packs        All I could want BUT

Saw someone playing it on an airplane love it but since last two installments crashes game every time on my iPad I would look for a patch update before you buy I hope they fix it soon great game     Please fix since last adds crashes all the time cant even start game on iPad anymore

Talisman provides a world full of adventure peril and mystery all thanks to the imagination and creativity of the GW team Beautiful artwork great music an enjoyable atmosphere fun gameplay and lots of unique customization gives this game not only an awesome initial runthrough but also solid replay value as well Definitely worth the investment                 A Wonderful Tale

Really love the Steam version of the game Bought on my iPad and all of my in app purchases on here went away with the last update Still has tons of issues with crashing after a round or less of play Really frustrating and would like to see more focus on development on Apple so I can play on the go with my iPads larger screen then my samsung phone     Disappointed

If you are having a problem restoring your purchases try rebooting your device and then try to restore your purchases This fixes the problem This is simply my favorite board game and this app does a fantastic job with the game and its expansions I will continue to buy all the expansions as they are released Thank You Devs Update Thank You for the two free characters I am also really enjoying the Highland expansion                 My favorite board game

I loved this game until all my purchases disappeared and now they wont restore Please fix I will not be buying any more expansions until it is fixed     Aggravated

I love this game It is very confusing your first game but after that it is still confusing But eventually it gets really fun That isnt the reason I made this review thou I want to make a suggestion Imagine sitting in your living room watching this game in the TV via Apple TV So when everyone draws cards you can see that they get them but they are upside down it also tells whos turn it is and you can watch them battle But everyone has the game on their iPhones and they can see their cards and the board on their phone but everyone can see on the TV I know it probably isnt original but I havent seen it anywhere And I cant imagine it being that hard to program I would play this game a whole lot more Thanks for reading this                 Great app

Great version of the board game but occasionally the AI freezes and I am forced to start over              AI Gets Stuck During Play

I have enjoyed the game but this latest update has reset my character profile back to the first level after months of plane was at level 20 This problem has prevailed even after I clicked the restore purchases button Fortunately I backed up my iPad before I downloaded this update so I will be able to revert to the old version I wont be updating or purchasing the new expansion until this problem is fixed If they can fix the problem effectively then I will raise my review but until then this update breaks the game completely Download at your own risk     Broken

After the update the game will not let me restore any of my in app purchases whatsoever I purchase every single in app purchase and it will not restore at all     In app purchases

I love this Its my go to iPad game at the moment Definitely beats unboxing a full talisman game Good job GW                 Talisman iPad game is great

This game use to be amazing But your last update has really messed up the game First off I cant get my purchases restored on all my devices to that is really annoying me as I just bought the new expansion and I cant play it on all devices Second your new coding of game play is designed to have a winner before the game even starts Yeah thats right all games are pre destined Normally when I switch switched in between devices and a game was being played one device would be behind a few turns But the out come of the turns would change with role of the dice But not anymore all games with have the same out come My last 3 games the AI has been destined to win Pulling out amazing rolls while I keep getting crap rolls And now it is like the AI knows it and is always trying to kill me before I can get get going Its not fun anymore     Great game to bad

Ive played maybe 3 total game and have all expansions Which means Ive paid a lot for this app During my 4th game it now crashes and Ive tried several times to replay it Keeps crashing Its sad to think I have to reset my games with hopes to play again On top of that start again with hopes it doesnt crash all over again Please some one look at the code and fix this game talisman us an awesome game when it runs correctly If not I maybe asking for a refund           Good game at first

Updated and bought the highland expansion and in return it completely erased my profile removing all runestones set my character level to zero and erased all badge progress Do not buy     Expansion bugged

I updated to the latest version and Purchased the Sacred Pool All seemed fine for a few games but now the game will not even open It just crashes about 2 seconds after it tries to open Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work I got it to open once after the reinstall and now it is back to crashing again This latest update makes it completely unplayable on the IPAD Apple should pull it pull it from the AppStore     Completely Broken on IPAD AVOID

Crashed a couple times early then I cleaned up my memory and it worked fine On iPad mini so its hard to see the cards etc and u have to click on them which slows down gameplay Characters are great and the leveling is a cool addition to the board game looking forward to the expansion packs Totally worth the money              Fun game decent app

I used to play the board game in college so I was so excited when my fiance found this and got it for me I played the basic game for a while and noticed it crashed a lot and some of the character spell and object features listed on the cards didnt work Still it was a lot of fun and I played a lot so eventually I bought 2 of the expansions The first problem was that one of the purchases never registered even though I was charged and after trying several things to get it to work I had to get a refund through Apple and repurchase it Then I noticed when I played with the new expansions the game crashed even more So I was hopeful today when there was an update thinking this would resolve the crashes But after updating I turned the game on and now BOTH my expansion packs are gone Tried restore purchase tried deleting and reloading the whole game everything Nomad suggested I do last time and nope no expansions Ive written the company but Im really glad I didnt buy anymore expansions I wont be spending another dime on this game till they come out with an update that specifically states theyve fixed the issue with purchases being lost A potentially 4 or 5 star game ruined by what should be a pretty basic issue        Keeps crashing some things dont work and now all my purchases are gone

I love the game great updates Currently playing the highlands expansion Bug fix needed the gypsy ai hates using the renewal potion with 2 spells in inventory She just cant decide what to discard so you just stare at her blinking spell cards for all eternity Had to start a new game First real issue Ive had though restored purchases without any trouble              Great game

Doesnt work after the new update and installing the better graphics from within the game Just crashes     Not working

If you like the board game youll love this digital version Constant updates and plays true to the original I play on the iPad Air 2 and havent had a single issue with lag or crashes and Ive played A LOT lol Mid game saves available too GW outdid themselves here I like it so much I even bought it and the season pass for PC Cant get enough Well done                 Awesome

The game was GREAT and never had an issue but now it crashes every couple minutes for about the past two weeks Needs a patch           CrashFest on IPad mini

The game was a pretty easy sell for me since I liked the board version so much long ago Things to note Restore purchases should be automatic once the button is pressed Mine went fine but Ive noticed others that had problems if they werent connected to the internet etc I used GameCenter as verifier if that helps Game types are almost completely configurable from the options menu I cant comment on network play at all Used solely as a hotseat game in my house Ive seen the AI lock up on certain decisions but not since the patch Hope that means its fixed many itemseffects work best when activated with the double tap in your bottom center display Many times something usable wont be usable if you scroll though your inventory and single tap then try to activate the queue spell dialogue does work well but many times a player wishing to use a spell against another will have to queue it during the preceding players turn and that involves pausing etc Not obvious unless youre persistent Ill make a guess and say the die roll routine now generates a single stream of random numbers at the beginning of the game and simply feeds it until conclusion To get around loopedloopy situations you can simply homebutton quit remove from paged memory then reload and your game should be back to the beginning of the original turn The number sequence wont change but you will have the ability to purposefully choose a different course of action in movement or whatever to possibly avoid whatever was causing the loop in the fist place Keep expanding and working on bugs Ill keep purchasing              Not bad

This is a great board game Game works did a pretty solid job implementing it as a video game But it has lots of quirks There are plenty of glitches in it The latest is I purchased the highland expansion and it wont let me restore purchases on my other iOS devices Plus I am getting a little sick of being nicked and dimes to death 99 cents for a character Really I have spent a fortune on the real board game This feels like game works is just trying to get more money from their die hard fans So if it were not for that and little glitches I would have rated this a 5 Fix the glitches and stop trying to squeeze every bit of money from your fans and loyal followers        I love the game But

The game plays like the board game more or less Worst part is that if you die you have to wait for everyone else AI inclusive to finish Simple oversight but makes the game MUCH less fun        Waiting for End Game

Upgrades this day to iOS and a next release of Talisman after the 327 disaster and deleting it completely and redownloading restoring purchases and were back to square one on gameplay Proceeding with tentative caution because I so want to love this app of the fave game Will add stars to review upon time without breaking              Better

Actually a pretty good game but is extremely buggy Will occasionally delete your purchased addons with new updates and this last update also deleted ALL of my runes which I spent over 100 games earning This game should still be in beta and sorry to give it 1 star but I have to when all of my purchases and game achievements are deleted You have been warned     Warning

Latest update causes the iphone6 to think headphones are in when you attack another player Many cards are now all black instead of the proper image Glitches are easily duplicated Sent message to Twitter account for developer no response           iPhone6 headphone glitch and black cards

The last update erased all of my progress and I lost all of my runestone cards I wish I had realized this before purchasing the new expansion     Experience Erased

Attempting to be faithful to the original this game is a nearlygood adaptation However it is plagued with game stopping bugs During the Highland expansion the random die roller was changed so that the die rolls are prescripted and no matter how many times you reset the game the die rolls will always be in a predestined order Occasionally the AI gets stuck making a decision and the game hangs up never progressing Then there is no course of action but to start a new game because resetting the game offers no chance at a new die roll or different possible ending Fixing these issues would bump my rating to 4 stars Getting 5 stars would be accomplished by letting the gamer choose from alternate endings rather than just random selection        Has Potential

Great game love it but like many many others it doesnt recognize all of my previous purchases with this latest update No better way to alienate your user basebad business model     5 star game with 1 star development

This is a good port of the tabletop game Wished there were more people playing online Recent update however blew away my profile and purchases and the restore purchases function initially didnt work A reboot fixed the restore purchases problem but the profile is still gone              Good game

Had fun until I reached whats supposed to be the most fun part the crown of command Seriously I spent 30 minutes trying to roll and kill one freakin player I would have just left and killed him myself because ironically the crown of command is the lamest part of the game     Ridiculous

I bought the sacred pool on my phone and now cannot use it on my iPad It says it will be restored for free but never shows up as purchased After uninstalling and reinstalling on both devices I am doomed to only have this on my phone where it is brutally small Devs answer Ask apple for a refund and retry the purchase Fun     Bummer

First off the Runes dont work at all Every rune I had never effected game play for example I would equip the one the allowed you to turn in trophies at 6 instead of 7 nope does not work At least one character card the Mage also does not work But worst of all is how the game cheats My first game was fine but with each new game the cheating seemed to get worse For example I went 18 turns in a row casting the end spell and rolling a 13 no effect that is a 1 in 262144 odd of happening My last game I was unable to pass the Dance of Death again with basically a 5050 chance of winning I could not win despite attempting 22 times only getting 1 tie in that This game is now deleted and a waste of 399     Dont buy

I have been a log time Talisman fan and love the game but this Nomad Games needs to fix the online private game functionality Dont waste your money on this game if you plan on playing multi player on line as the private gate has not functioned for months and Nomad support is worthless I was very excited to see they had an update this month and was sad to learn it was an attempt to get me to buy yet another expansion kit that I cant play online Nomad has taken a five star game to a one star oh and no refunds     Broken online private games

Dont expect to play plays like you do on the board game for that is where most of the flaws are at They need tons of work on when the spells can be played I like the setup and think they have a good start but god its frustrating playing spells on the game        Potential but needs tons of work

I like the game Mostly It doesnt crash on me its easy enough to play But why in the heck does a game like this have loaded dice in favor of the AI Its so incredibly frustrating If I get a card where rolling a 1 will have a negative impact on me about 90 of the time the player will roll a 1 but not the AI Noooooo the AI is a dice rolling god Send him to Vegas already Win some big money As I type this my character has just rolled for the tenth time the command spell and guess what I got a 1 or a 2 again Thats ten rolls where i couldnt damage anyone to win the game Gives rage quit a whole new meaning        Fix the loaded dice

Its really just roll and move mechanism but boy oh boy did I have fun please release all the expansion                 Great
