on iPhone 7 Worked ok for nearky a year Now if i use it in Power Hear or Slope mode it crashes every time Sometimes it will crash within 2 minutes of starting other times it may be 10 minutes into a ride Of course all data is lost On iPad data is not accurate I can be in my 53x11 doing cadence of 100 at over 300w speed 11mph If I m outdoors and my stages PM I d be at 25 mph App is now completely USELESS Can give less than 1 star would if I could                 Crash Crash Crash Mike_Indy

There no manual and the numbers I am getting make no sense Am I really doing 90kph and 400 watts while doing my five minute warmup The calibration doesn t work at all The TACX utility has numbers that make more sense but they doesn t translate to the training APP But so far the TACX NEO seems a waste of money     NA David99FL

Still in beta Been awhile and the workouts I design on my laptop in cloud don t show up or get saved when I check them on my phone for when I get on the trainer Kind of a bummer get it together tacx     Workouts don t save WaGz82

It takes about 10 15 minutes to connect the trainer to the app You have to keep trying and trying until suddenly connects Not recommended     Horrible Jst0203

I can t really think of another phrase for this application It s so poorly written I ve had nothing but trouble with this app Can t calibrate so it gives this cryptic blank white text box and an exclamation mark What does that mean Steps to resolve Remedy Anything And beyond that the app rarely actually syncs with the trainer itself This app is going to drive me to return the whole package     Absolute garbage Perturbed programmer

Just took my maiden run on a Tacx Satori Smart trainer while using this app The trainer itself worked well enough The app though seems a waste of time Here is what I have noticed so far You can t create an account can t find how to save trainings for trends at least to export to specialized apps Amount of data hardly seems worth the effort I get more from my Garmin Perhaps I just haven t found how to fully leverage the app yet Even so it s hardly intuitive then If I am wrong or they upgrade this I ll recant here As is not worth getting Smart version could have gone for a cheaper trainer for the same benefits         Bad Start jhuitz1
