So very disappointing Does not work properly on iPhone6 or iPad No text on the menus or on the gameplay buttons for tacking or turning The only reason I knew what the buttons did was from the App Store screenshot The game itself seems to be pretty neat I just can t play it until these bugs are fixed         Barely works Geargrip

A great game except it s hard to play because of horrible controls Every time I hit the head up or fall off button they move on screen and change wording Every time you steer the controls change which means you re trying to figure out how to drive the boat the whole race instead of concentrating on the tacking battle This would be a fun addicting game but I won t be opening this app again until I see an update where head up and fall off remain constant in one corner             Bad Controls MostlyTorso

Version 2 0 is a huge improvement over 1 0 They have addressed the shortcomings of 1 0 Wind shifts are now random racing rules are in force By the time you graduate to the upper levels you know you re in a race course battle Much much better and quite fun                 Tacking Battle 2 0 SF#SailR

Sailing anarchy recommended this app so following their infinite wisdom I gave it a fair shot I agree with the previous posts reviews Tacking Battle is predictable unfair to basic sailing rules glitchy and slow to refresh on tacks You get tired of getting hit from behind or T boned while on starboard In fact stay far away from the opponent as he helms like Sir Coutts Giving the recommended room at the boarders is a waste as you are not given the same nor can you tack as fast and as frequent as the opponent You live and die by the almighty wind sock Which is like watching the windex on top of the mast not sailing Great concept but an update or re design is needed Viva du anarchy         Agreed Pwd911s

A good game but too predictable The wind only shifts to the right and the shifts are almost the same duration Only 7 levels so the opposition boat doesn t get quicker beyond this level I d like to see variation in the wind shifts maybe make the opposition boat faster each time introduce fleet racing could be fun as well             Too predictable Caravan racing

this app would be easier and more fun if the computer boat had to followw the rules it repeatedly sinks the player in situations where the player has rights             rules don t apply swlasailor
