The SwitchBox does what it s supposed to do turn on and off circuits with a cell phone I and most of the guys I know use it to turn on aircraft engine heaters four hours before we go out to the airport It takes ten seconds You can check the switch position of two circuits and the signal strength at the receiver I had a problem switching to the new version of the app My email was checked I got a reply and the problem was solved inside of twenty minutes Great service                     Great product phenomenal customer support Friar196
