This app is great in theory But theory will not get you closer to your next job Every job I swiped right on wasnt even participating in what this app promotes Every single job I swiped right on an email was sent to me after saying that I had to go apply to the job where it was actually listed This is not what this app promises and is a big waste of time Might as well just use the Indeed app and skip this middleman bit of technology Note I have been using this app for three weeks every day Waste of time
There are a lot of jobs available They let you apply to 20 jobs so you can run through the jobs quickly but I got 2 matches already so this looks promising Everything is quick and easy kind of fun actually I dont really like how some of the jobs make me go to another site but that was only for a few of them Other than that I like it This is cool needs 1 or 2 improvements but I like it

I also saw this on Good Morning America I was able to create a profile with my LinkedIn account There were 21 marketing positions available of which I submitted 4 requests One of the positions was one thats been open on LinkedIn for a couple of weeks The others I hadnt seen before Jury still out

What a great way to look for a job And I would imagine not so shabby for the recruiters too Its like Tinder for jobs and your boss will never even know youre looking for a better job Makes job searching fun
No companies Ive swiped have actually adopted this method of recruitment Interestingfun idea but it doesnt work If I just wanted local job listings and a chance to connect with an actual recruiterdecision maker Id just search LinkedIn So far a waste of time
I keep getting Oops Something went wrong errors that are preventing me from even being able to use this app properly Good idea constant errors
This app seems good but it will be great if they add more countries like UK Germany Swiss Turkey UAE etc Nice app Just need more countries
I downloaded this app after seeing it on the news to try and find a better job Out of the about 15 matches only 2 of them were in my area All the others were on the other side of the country Even when I set it to a major city in my state and different industries it would still say no results found It was a complete waste of my time so I think Ill stick to monster and indeed Not as good as the news makes it out to be
swiped on 21 jobs got 3 emails but only 1 interview not bad at all quick and easy
The apps design is very sleek making the time spent building a profile and editing it seem very valuable and also enjoyable The integration with social networking sites is great as it saves a ton of time Building a new profile for each job that Ive applied to in the past is such a time drain and a deterrent in actually applying sometimes so very glad that Switch has addressed this through the app As more employers start to see it as a valuable resource I believe the app will get even better with more relevant jobs on the app and the ability to easily communicate with someone in charge of hiring remaining a pivotal feature of the app Big big things coming from this company Exciting stuff Great app Love the UIUX
I really like this app Its userfriendly has a clean layout has a great concept and doesnt crash The only thing I would like to see is more filter options like experience level for example Great but one suggestion
I love switch its such a useful app Im currently looking for a job and switch is a great tool for finding new openings This app has been super helpful and I recommend it to everyone Awesome app
The app is easy to use But if I go to another app and then come back it reloads the entire deck of listings and I have to thumb through them all again despite having already swiped left or right on them It would be helpful if they could fix that Nice app needs one fix
I had the location on Tulsa OK with a 50mile radius and got jobs in Colorado and Canada which are hundreds of miles away I had other job boards selected but didnt get any of the jobs that I get on Monster Career Builder etc There wasnt a single job listed in Tulsa for IT or for Software Engineer So the other job boards switch obviously doesnt work and they havent gotten employers onboard with this app at least not around here which is the main point of this kind of app After 3 emails to support which at least responded right away I was unable to resolve any of these problems Im deleting the app It is a waste of space on my iPhone Waste of time

Half the jobs you swipe to like arent setup with this app so you have to manual apply on each individual website I dont recommended this app Not a good app
I love the app While it not only shows me jobs that matches my place it also displays all jobs from various sources It saves me so much time to look for jobs elsewhere Plus the interface is like Tinder very intuitive I believe its still under development but I love to see it fly Meanwhile good tool for job discovery without your boss knowing Tinder for jobs Why didnt I think of that
Switch is a great app Its such a drag to look for a job but swiping through jobs makes me feel like I can look almost any time And on a match its so exciting I love getting a real message from an employer the same day I swiped sometimes even minutes after You just dont get that when you apply through LinkedIn or email or one of those bad web forms that hasnt been updated in a decade where Im pretty sure resumes go to die This app is the future Easy fun and it works

I heard about Switch through a friend so I thought about giving it a try So far Im very pleased Ive had two matches with awesome companies that I hope to switch to soon Fun and effective
I like the idea of being able to swipe left or right and find a job but what company would want to hire someone who put in such little effort I found several major issues when using this app 1 None of the jobs Switch gave me were participating in the app 2 The job categories are somehow at once too broad and too limiting 3 Theres no way to search by keyword so I was getting some far off choices for me 4 Because you just get an email inviting you to apply for jobs on another site Indeed it ends up being at least a 3step process Doesnt deliver
I cant get past the account set up because I can not put and end date to my employer The end date should have a blank as an option or say current Cant set up acct
I love being able to take my job search with me and apply to open jobs from wherever I have an Internet connection Never thought I could get this kind of action away from my laptop but now I can Big big BIG fan

I just applied to about 10 marketing jobs in New York and already got 2 responses from the companies in the same day Cant go wrong with that No recruiters
As far as I can tell this is pretty much based on LinkenIn job searches It has VERY limited job posts and you cant refine your job search It seems to pull info off your LinkedIn and feeds you jobs it thinks your matched with based on key words Im guessing but does a pretty poor job of it I applied for two jobs and it notified me that these job openings were found on another site and they would tell me later how to apply So whats the point I can do the same job search on LinkedIn or Indeed with thousands of more results Good Concept Bad Execution
The great thing about this app is its simplicity You can quickly flip through jobs that have been curated for you Just set up your profile choose what youre interested in and match away Easy to use and great way to match
My classmate told me about this app so I downloaded it and gave it a try At first I was skeptical because I didnt really see too many options for graphic design in Atlanta but I got two matches I already had 1 interview and have 1 scheduled for next week Set up 2 interviews
I dont feel this is ready for the market nor do I feel that employers are using it Though its a great concept and I use the app employers are not which is the point of the app to connect with employers looking for you And when are employers going to start using this
This app is awful It only lets you see 7 jobs a day and will not let you do a keyword search My industry isnt in their drop down menu so Im relegated to other and NONE of the jobs it has shown me apply to my skill set or my previous work experience Maybe there are no jobs in their database for video production but I would know that if I could do a keyword search This app might be great if you are employed and are casually looking for another job but I need a job NOW not a gimmick trying to be like tinder Maybe a good format for hookups but not a job search
This app can be promising if they would stop sending apology emails and fix the bug that does not allow you to fully create an accountpassword with an email registration I dont do anything important through Facebook or Linked In I will not register using either one Junk

I deleted this app because EVERY job that I found on here its posted on an external site So what is the purpose of this app I have yet to find a job where I can communicate directly with the hiring manager as stated I hope in the future this app can get employers to sign up or your wasting your time IMO Deleted

This app has issues Tried to access and no success Frustrating Also the entry options are so light you cannot see it to complete Give an option to complete profile on laptopdesktop But fix itnot worth the headache Marketer
Tried connecting my LinkedIn profile to the app but then I have to add all my experience in separately Why If youre going to connect to my profile and presumably send me opportunities based on it why do I need to enter my experience yet again Doesnt Work

Doesnt give me much options on the search engine to search for my job experience just a limited jobs post in which they they to let people search for there experiences instead of limiting by choice Not good
