Having used the Swiss app for years I am horrified by the latest update It has become the worst airline app Every time I start the app I have to login again to my miles and more account or Swiss profile again before retrieving my bookings For checkin I have to reenter all my data again This is the best example to screw up a decent app By the way I am a Senator MM member who flies at least twice a week with the Swiss Horrible update making the app useless
This app should work like a swiss watch but it doesnt even do the basics well Checkin is a halfbaked implementation of the full website etc you can do better Swiss All looks
Doesnt seem to let you upgrade But otherwise was pretty ok Its always hard to type on a phone imho Entering things like passport numbers and stuff that are already in profile seems unnecessary App seems improved

I am slightly disappointed with the app is it is not as comprehensive like the lufthansa app Even though its the same company Disappointed
The latest version remains stuck on the latest flight for which the passenger checked in There is no option to change booking which would provide a workaround to this problem In general the app is quite poor something which is difficult to explain when the LH one works much better Instead of wasting time developing its own app LX should simply adopt the LH one if they really care to maintain a separate brand identity they could customize the skin and leave unchanged the underlying LH app Embarrassingly poor app Badly designed

Check in process was invited to be easy There was only One change that I would do Having a right arrow to press on when you have to choose a flight wouldve made it easier and more intuitive Otherwise I thought that checking in process was actually easier than doing it on the computer I thought it was very easy

I have used SWISS app for many years The early versions needed work and this version shows that work has been done There are still improvements to be made but this version is a keeper Much Improved
