This app will not let me login although my info is correct UPDATE I figured out how to login on my own You have to go into your account under administration and check mobile access So I changed it from 1 star to 3           Doesnt work Disappointing

This is a deal breaker for small business owners and bookkeepers BofA Wells Fargo and Compass all offer mobile deposit for business accounts What is taking SunTrust so long to get it together        No mobile deposit

Ive worked with SunTrust for over a decade on my business and the local branch is generally solid No mobile deposits is likely going to have me switch banks Its just an inconvenience I shouldnt have to deal with in 2015     Awful app lets down a good branch

Why say it works with business accounts if it doesnt     Not for business accounts

Suntrust should fire their IT department for not doing their compatibility check while on beta Cash Manager is used for business and it crashes all the time Unacceptable     Incompatible with iOS 8

I get it in your account go to admin and set it so you can do online banking But I go to admin and I dont have the same screen showing lists of users its only me Thus no where to activate its usage Ridiculously difficult Using it normally thru safari is just fine anyway on ipadfeel stupid wasting 5 minutes of my life tho     No go

They have been promising this for years Although its a hassle I think it may be time to switch banks     Why no mobile deposit

Be sure you log in from a computer first and under Administration select the user and enable mobile banking Good to go after that                 Works Great

Why cant we use this to deposit checks when you can do it with a personal account and most banks have this feature for business accounts My personal account is tied into the same online cash manager as my business account which means I cant deposit into that account either Please get this taken care of so I can use this app in the way it should have been intended from the start I love the bank and like the ability to access my account with this app but I dont get as much functionality without deposit access        No deposit functionality

They recently updated and fixed the issues with iOS8 Its actually useful now My previous review below Has a new feature where if you try to use it to do anything in iOS 8 it automatically closescrashes Handy when you need to transfer funds on your mobile Need immediate repair           Now works with iOS8

Be sure you have granted yourself access through online cad manager before logging into mobile access                 User permission required

Ive been a Suntrust customer since the 1980s and have usually found them to be helpful and friendly when managing my personal account I recently opened my business and naturally chose Suntrust However Im regretting my decision The customer service has been lacking at best and rude at worst Now this primitive app is the cherry on my cake It is uncommonly cumbersome and it combines all my accounts Anddrumroll pleaseI CANT DEPOSIT MY CHECKS What the Why would they have an app without this crucial feature in 2015 In short Im very disappointed at Suntrusts lack of progressive thinking for their business customers Shame on them     This App is Worthless for My Business Account

App crashes when switching between tabs Selection scrolls are inaccessible and disable use of the app Must shut down and renter username and password Ever think to allow mobile deposits This may help businesses with their banking needs This used to be a fairly functional app Now it is a heap        Suntrust business mobile app

This app is missing a major mark by not allowing mobile deposits For small business this is a must Please add the function as you have in the personal mobile client        No Mobile Depost

You can log in but thats itany other actions within the app cause it to freeze or crash especially if you attempt a transfer Please fix ASAP Reinstalling app did not resolve the issues     Crashes with iOS 8

Between my fatherinlaws practice and investments and my husbands practice and our personal banking weve put at least a couple million dollars into Suntrust over 25 years And their personal in person service is excellent But their mobile banking is still trapped in the past Perhaps circa 20062009 This app is useless It hardly ever lets me login I get a wrong password notification 90 of the time and even when it does I can rarely accomplish anythingwhich brings me to the other complaint besides checking a balance what is this app good for No mobile depositsconstant glitcheslogin issues all the timeits ridiculous Cmon ST You can do better than this Even the personal banking app is only soso but its far better than the bus app Why would I want to continue using this bank if I already know plenty of others out there offer triple the resources and flexibility in their mobile products     Worthless and disappointing

Please add mobile check deposit functionality to this app The ATMs closest to me do not accept deposits and its a healthy drive to a branchATM that does           Check Deposits

So I downloaded it for business reasons and I cant even open the app and it doesnt show the icon on my phone so I cant even delete it This might need to be fixed Wheres the guy who runs this app they need To be fired     Downloaded but cant open it

This app has come a long ways It used to be horrible as far as fluidity and functionality goes Its improving slowly though DEVs Make this app awesome like Bank of America and other major credit card companies apps Oh and why are balances unavailable when first login in once I touch in transfers tabs and go back to accounts tab then balances show up     Getting better and hoping suntrust wont go bankrupt

I use a lot of mobile banking apps and this is by far the worst There is no mobile deposit which is a deal breaker Why is there a separate personal and business app The user interface is clunky there is no convenient pin log in and the menus are organized strangely SunTrust is obviously not serious about investing in a quality mobile experience for their customers     Not a good banking app

Whats the point of the app if you cant make a deposit and still have to go to the bank to make deposits I guess the transfer and bill pay are somewhat helpful but I can do that onlinedownloaded this app to make deposits which you can do on the personal account app     No Mobile Deposit

I tried several times to log into my Business AccountCash Manager and the message I keep getting states usernamepassword do not match our records or administrator do not allow access Well username and password is definitely accurate I wonder if the developer even test this application because that is a big inconvenience Very agitated        Very Annoyed
