The entire app contains only a few pages to read with BRIEF how to meditate tips u MUST read through them EVERYTIME u start a session annoying Then there is SILENCE although i chose GUIDANCE in the settings finally they get ur eMail to send u lots of Spam Info on god knows what maybe im missing something like that headset so its totally pointless unless u have one NOT GOOD Karma giađŻ
The interface is too dark to see in almost any light The panel shown in the App Store regarding brainwave activity is not easily found I still have yet to find it That alone was my reason for this purchase The cute little tree means nothing Meditation is not a game It s a very important practice A very regrettable purchase MelZabeldotcom
