I found this gem 3 years ago before heading out to Acadia National Park I wanted to know the locations for sunrise and sunset so I can plan my locations Been using it ever since On my iMac I can go to any location in the world and see what time and direction of the sun at specific time and date Now I have an iphone I take this app wherever I go It shows the times of sunrise and sunset the direction and the golden hour Very useful                     Used this app on my desktop and now on my iPhone Very useful Soho3117

After finding suncal net I was thrilled to see there is an app with the same functionality This app is exactly what I wanted I travel a lot and love to wake up early to watch and photograph the sunrise and to catch the sunsets too Being able to anticipate when and where the sun will be gives me the opportunity to scope out the best spots ahead of time Can we get a similar app for the moon please                     Exactly what I wanted You don't fool me

The app is really helpful for determining sun exposure and shadows I live in PA near Ohio on taking my device to the east coast shore I found that the time of sunrise was shifted one hour later actual local sunrise time Based upon this error I missed the opportunity to photograph sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean             Neat app works well Time zone error TREE-TREE-TREE

I saw their website about a year ago checking on where the sun would set when I was looking to purchase a house Really cool stuff Working in the landscape industry I use the app frequently to determine what time the sun will hit a certain area or how long the sun will be on a planted bed etc Great for that alone You can hit the Nav arrow that will pinpoint your current location or enter any address too Hopefully the iPad app comes soon Thanks                     Must have for landscape designers DJL1973
