I have the same complaint as Mr Jenkins the discussion of third party beneficiaries cuts out and randomly starts talking about the parol evidence rule This is entirely unacceptable for an application that is this price Please fix it and update immediately Same Complaint
Excellent introduction to or review of the law of contracts delivered by an engaging and knowledgable professor Great set of lectures
I did not find this lecture very helpful It was not very well organized and completely random at times Flemings lectures on Contracts are much better than this product Overall Save Your Money Horrible Lectures
It costs as much as a hornbook but will be more likely to be used I listened to each track multiple times at home and in my car I felt it prepared me for class and gave me a step up over my classmates The professor is well spoken entertaining and a fount of knowledge Perfect 1L companion
The discussion of third party beneficiaries is 4 minutes long and cuts at about 3 12 min and start to randomly discuss parol evidence Not helpful in the least I cant speak for the rest but for this price it should have at least been reviewed before submitted to the app store It was like they didnt even care Could be much better
