Interface is clean lots of good data on previous workouts targets are right there A few enhancements that would be nice 1 automatically update routines when new records are set 2 ability to set superset routines though its really easy to move between two exercises 3 move prior workout stats down when inserting warm up sets 4 a pipe dream ability to set up routines on a PCMac and send to app                 Easy to set up and use
This used to be one of my favorite apps I used it regularly to track my weights at the gym Best of all it was completely free But after the latest update after 4 workouts you have to pay 499 in order to keep using this app Extremely disappointed        Only 4 free workouts
Im a software engineer and Ive been thinking for a long time I should just build the workout app I want Well finally this is it So many other free apps are awful I was so happy to pay 699 for this Its exactly what I would have built myself One suggestion allow for grouping exercises as supersets within a routine Thanks                 Finally
As much as Ive enjoyed carrying a little notebook to track my workouts over the years this app has demonstrated that it kicks my little notebooks bum Graphs Yes please So simple to use I was able to figure it out without requesting help from anyone and could focus on picking things up and then putting them back down 95 stars                 Tracking just became easier

I was looking for a good fitness tracking app and downloaded many only to be hugely disappointed Strong however filled every expectation it is simple and on point                 Best workout tracker
I do like the app I wish I could actually use it From the app description Strong requires the Unlock Strong In App Purchase in order to enter more than 4 workouts But feel free to try it for as long as you like That try it for as long as you like bit Nope After you enter 4 workouts the app is useless Every time you try to try it it prompts you to unlock the app for 5 and doesnt let you log the workout That said I probably will end up buying the IAP because like I said I like the app           Misleading

Have been using the paid version of Strong for about 3 weeks now and I have found it to be very easy to use It has completely replaced the spreadsheetsnotebook I used to use Body weight exercises r a bit confusing to track but not sure if thats me or the app Also not sure how accurate the stats r but thats not really my focus anyway At any rate I def plan to keep using Strong and would highly recommend it Now I just need to find something this good to track my food                 Great App for Keeping Track of Workouts
So many gym apps are loaded down with options and settings that sounded good but I just never ever used Weird videos Weird graphics Complicated data entry All just makes for a labored experience Strong cuts away the nonsense and gives you a great gym companion Something that just adds to your experience versus demanding that it be the center of your attention Looking forward to additional updates particularly something that could connect well with multiple other apps and tell me how many calories i have burned by calculating time by weight lifted                 Simply Awesome

While I prefer writing my workouts this app allows me to take even less things to the gym as well as export my exercises This is useful for personal tracking for self experimentation and it take out one extra step for that process While writing is the superior method this app is as good as an app could get and for those who do not care to look through stacks of workout journals this app is perfect                 Excellent app
Strong is great for tracking lifts but it is not user friendly when trying to record workouts like tabats or emoms Strong should add a feature that lets users add those into their exercises              Good but it needs more options

I used an older app for years Unfortunately it has not been updated since 2012 and is starting to act up It has a couple features this app does not but should be easy to add First I need to be able to edit a past workout I have left the gym forgetting to finish the workout now I have several that are 48 hours long I have also forgot to start a workout for 1015 minutes It would be easy to just edit the times While in the middle of a workout I would like to addedit routines without having to start my workout all over again Exercises ask for type dumbell cables etc but these arent clearly visible while doing the routines I still have to add the type to the title if I want to see it while working out These seem to be easy fixes Hopefully the developer will update I paid for several other apps when my old one stopped working this has been the best              A Good Start Could Use Some Features
