The biggest drawback I find is the inability to add assumptions and comments as you go along As I am entering financial information I d like to be able to indicate what my assumptions are Instead I need to keep those in a separate word file The assumptions are as important as the numbers You are also stuck with the categories of revenues and spending set by the program which are not necessarily in sync with my business The financial data entry is inflexible You enter figures for one year and have a flat percentage for subsequent years             Not bad but limited CEC333

Despite the fact that the app keeps crashing I paid for the platinum version and had to download the app a second time for which I got charged another 54 and despite trying to call Alex three times and emailing him over and over I got no response to my request for a refund for the 2nd charge I have called his 415 number several times and left messages and I have called the 215 number and still no response It s amazing that for someone who promises to provide the best strategy tool to build a business his own response to a customer with a problem is the worst And 54 for an app that crashes is pretty expensive in my view Caveat emptor I would have been an evangelist for his app but his customer service unfortunately doesn t keep the promise     Terrible service zero support Wastenotwantnot

This is a tremendously well thought out and intelligent app for doing what it is designed to do However I have had frequent issues where the app simply closes in the middle of entering paragraphs long amounts of creative content that then becomes permanently lost You can avoid losing content by backing up your data frequently but this somewhat impractical and disruptive to the thought process Even if you are doing frequent backups the frustration of having to relaunch and find your place after multiple crashes requires one to take pause and rethink the continued use of this app Please fix this wonderful app so that it stops crashing without warning and I will rate this app with 5 stars     Crashes Resulting in Lost Data pgiv

This might be ok for some purposes but I found this extremely poorly designed to help anyone plan to start a business It seems to be designed only for modifying a current business and it is virtually useless for designing organizing ongoing operations in a new one Their strategy section was nice Once you get to the meat of it and start adding themes you realize it s a complete waste of time and can t help you I m leaving an otherwise undeserved two stars since this theoretically could be useful to someone they re not marketing it to         Did not find this helpful Coda stream
