This app is phenomenal Without it I would have been screwed a few times The new update is crazy awesome I love the new severe weather updates and the new pixilation Definitely buy                 Love it

Very useful app especially with the level 3 data available My only complaint is that it needs more documentation A quick tutorialhelp file would be really useful for people who dont necessarily understand what info each radar type gives and how to interpret it              Great app Could use better documentation

No snow storms Sad little App that just takes up space 9 months out of the year while I am expecting a foot of snow again this month Not a peep from Storm Spotter It just sits there looking stupid It could at least broadcast the warnings and watches for snow since it has nothing else to do but take up real estate On second thought there is Intellecast RadarScope Weather Underground and Weather Live Oh and TWC and WeatherWall Mobilegee guess I dont need this App after all Hit DELETE Wow more room on my iPad for a useful program Somebody just got lazy and produced a mediocre App        No snow

With these last updates this app has gone down hill since the ratings want let put Negative on it I will just tell he real rating 2     It use to be a good

This is a new App Best update everno crashes no bugsthis is a very professional appoutstanding job The developer reads his emails and responds The next updates will even be better than this                 Level 3 data is outstanding

I am in emergency management and always out chasing during storm season This is by far the best app I have found Well worth the money Especially since you can look at the duelpol and bvel and vil                 Great app

This app is exceptionally good with one issue you cannot scroll to read the full warning text on iOS 7              Good with one annoying bug

Menu buttons do not respond App is frozen Appears to be a google map to apple map issue     Doesnt work with iOS 6

When the app works its great Almost Radarscope quality Unfortunately it crashes constantly and the last couple weeks it will not even load without crashing Please fix it        When it works

I am an emergency management director in Oklahoma using OKFirst as primary means of monitoring storm events I cant always take my laptop When out running around so i use this app Works great Im sure they will be adding storm relative velocity before long but even without it this app makes my job much easier Thanks for your desire to provide a quality product at an affordable price                 Great

Its beautifully written Love the fast boot up the radar grid vs a typical scrolling list mode landscape capability the corner box on the warnings and long press for full screen Animations seem to load really fast compared to other aps too Would love to see a scalable dbz filter vs a preset clutter level in a future version                 Great add to my my existing storm chasing cache of aps

Its not the greatest Crashes all the time Ive downloaded the Weather Channels FREE app and I love it Moves quick and is accurate Doesnt crash either Warnings and watches are immediately posted as well        Chaser

This app was already great The most up to date no lag app I have With the most recent updates it is even better I love how easy it it so use yet you can tell there are some really advanced controls also This is my go to app in bad weather                 Just keeps getting better

This is an ok app but does have issues I used it for a few years but have found a better app for not much more money that doesnt have the issues this one has        An ok app

The easiest way to see nearly every interesting NEXRAD data image as it comes out Even echo tops different tilt angles etc                 Amazingly detailed NEXRAD data

Needs an update for iOS 7 wont work yet after update Im sure it coming GREAT app especially when your driving gives your location as you approach the storm Good graphics and several filters like VIL vertical integrated liquid to show amount of rain in a system keep it up              iOS 7 update

I echo the comments below about it being good WHEN it works I have not been able to load itat all for several days and am very unhappy with it I have communicated with Ross and that has been no help It is frozen upcant even get in to delete it     Lee

I have to say when I first downloaded this app I was a little hesitant because it didnt have the same reviews like RadarScope did Im so glad I downloaded this app It has gotten me through several Tornado Warnings with real time radar updates One thing that would make this a 5star instead a 4 is if the flow of things Instead of tapping several things to get what I want there needs to be a way to make it stream smoother Overall a great buy              High Quality App

WowIve been waiting for this app to come out without even knowing about it Have used it now over the last 3 weeks It has performed flawlessly throughout while flying all over the country in addition to driving through 5 states I use it on an iPhone 4S in addition to a first generation iPad Remember to check your settings and set the radar selection to reduce clutter to the ON position Instructions are poor so just do a google search for radar tilt angle and youll find more than you need to know on what it means ie elevation angle I leave mine on tilt 1 as a general practice and dont mess with it                 Grand slam

Just got this app to supplement another weather app I have I think this one will be a great addition for my spotting needs I travel by car constantly for work and radio isnt as reliable for information as it once was so these apps are quite possibly literally lifesaving Thanks                 Great addition

Ive had this app for a while but after using it during Hurricane Issac I had to give a review One of the best apps ever Really accurate I can tell exactly when rainstorms will come to my area                 Love it

UPDATE Bug fixed that caused app to crash upon startup Ive had this app since its awful beginnings With every update Ive seen considerable progress and now with this latest version Im completely sold Well done to the developer who has obviously been working hard to fix a really complicated app Having hires radar data is very hard to program on on top of Google Maps The auto radar switch is a terrific feature as is full screen and shake to refresh The only thing I dont like right now is how it loads radar data for looping Im no programmer but it seems clumsy Also Allisonhouse and Spotter Network integration would be nice The ability to report from the app would be amazing                 Keeps getting better

Mt Holly NJ radar is always hours behind in app but the site is active and current Same thing happens with other radar sites Used to be great but seems like no support anymore Emails to support go ignored and unreturned     Was good now clearly no support DO NOT BUY

I used to LOVE this app but now it crashes on startup every single time It has been doing that for over a month Do not purchase this app until the bug is fixed     Constantly Crashes

Heres why this app isnt ready for prime time Lack of Doppler smoothing renders huge pixels that make examination of local storm structure useless The developer has gone to great lengths to include a robust list of tilts and views of different radar feeds but includes no instructions or help whatsoever What is all this stuff Not everyone is a meteorologist Where is the ability customize the color of warning boundaries that was in previous versions The yellow used in this app virtually disappears when overlaid over precip doppler with lots of yellow And for novice users there is no color key to tell you what color indicates each type of warning The warning icon that turns red still needs a userdefined proximity control of some sort The authors arbitrary radius selection is useless and annoying for any serious storm chasingspotting Lastly the app has a bad habit of displaying the last data you viewed instead of current data even if it was days old This behavior is just not acceptable and has been problematic now for several releases Overall Better than a lot of apps but definitely still not ready for primetime     Good Grief

There was a tornado warning in my area and I pulled this app up and it was 54 days behind Good thing I will be using another app     Weeks behind

Ive always wanted a radar that overlays high resolution radar on to google maps The major difference with this app compared to others is the pin point street level locating is so accurate you will know if your going to be hitor missed by hail in the feet                 A dream come true
