Please dont annoy me into reviewing your game You lose a star for that I guess it worked though cause here I am but since you annoyed me into rating it heres a list of things that annoyed me while actually playing the game The amount of content is great but the content itself is significantly worse than the first game In the first steambirds each level felt like a puzzle with many solutions ones that the designer actually thought about Here the levels seem random and arbitrary The game is more action oriented than the first most planes die so quickly that a single turns worth of gunfire will destroy them gone are the epic battles against a lone zeppelin from the first game or using a shield or a 180 spin at just the right time here nothing lasts very long you pick up and can use power ups constantly and the levels feel a bit too random The flavorstory text that appears at the bottom of the level is awkward a bit pretentious and totally unnecessary but is easily ignored You were trying to capture the horror of war and craft a fictional alternate history steam punk universe but with literally no other real story elements in the game it just feels pointless There are a few good levels Ive come across but they almost seem like happy accidents and not something intentionally done Some of the plane designs are terrible The cockroach is a neat gimmick plane but dont give it to me for more than a handful of levels because it gets really monotonous using shield and 180 spin over and over in order to kill anything without taking damage Im never going to buy it as an additional plane either Since weapons fire is so lethal and there are planes coming in from all sides theres no real strategy to being forced to burn powers constantly instead of trying to time how you use them effectively Other planes are overpowered but I will admit I enjoyed those quite a bit Finally there are some good designs the sniper plane for instance that actually require a bit of thinking to win battles with I really dislike how the bomb is basically a suicide weapon unless youre In a super fast plane or something with high armor Even them Im loathe to ever use it and consider it a waste of a power up slot The ability icons get too small when you zoom out Also there are still some random crashes and while this is mostly apples fault for not having a flawless memory management system in place enough developers have figured out how to overcome this limitation and not have their apps crash that you cant escape all the blame While powering off and back on does fix it for a while I shouldnt have to do that at all Finally the lack of a quick restart is disappointing especially due to the fast paced nature of the game Let me jump back in immediately without dropping out to the level select screen and sitting through two load screens a plane purchaseselection screen an ad if i didnt pay and potentially that annoying rate me popup each time Overall a good game mostly because the solid mechanics from the first one are intact and even though its been turned into an action game that isnt so bad The ads are annoying and I didnt mind paying 3 bucks for them to go away although if someone is not willing or able to buy the game be warned they are the extremely annoying kind that are fullscreen and make you close them I seem to get plenty of copper in game currency just from playing the game so it doesnt appear to be overly dependent on in app purchases to get access to the fun stuff and I appreciate that Love the amount of content and hope more is on the way I just wish it had been the same caliber as the first game Would have easily been a 5 star review had that been the case along with a I dont want to rate this game option that most other developers thoughtfully provide           Good but not great

This is one of my all time favorite apps ever but I would like to turn of ads but it unlocks all the missions and that takes the fun out of the game                 Ads

I dont know why but every time I open the game it keeps crashing     It keeps on crashing

Ive had this game on my iPad for a year and am surprised at how entertaining it remains Its a clever combination of puzzle solving and fighttosurvive gaming Its good for a minutes break or an hour of total diversion I rate it 45 out of 5 Im buying the inexpensive nonad version more to say thanks than avoid the ads Kudos              Continual fun

Dont download this game unless you are prepared to pay for it Fun little Crimson Skiestype turnbased dogfighting game        Great game but stop hounding me to rate it

Loved this game Bought the full version to unlock all the cities Been waiting for an update for 6 months Was SO excited to see the new update this week What happened to all the other levels you were showing as upcoming London Hello So now this last update is it Very disappointed           What happened to all the new levels

This is a great turn based game that still manages to generate urgency and intensity while still being playable at a slower pace                 Great turnbased game

I loved this game on Chrome so having it on my iPhoneiPad is awesome The iPad app is not 1 Why am I still forced to watch 15 seconds of ads after each level when I paid 199 for the game 2 App crashes when I try to go to options Other than that its great           Awesome game not so awesome app

In between games you are forced to sit on an ad screen for 15 seconds Sometimes the ad doesnt load so you literally stare at a black screen for 15 sec This is eliminated by buying the 3 version Otherwise fun game Good for 5 min or an hour of play              Fun game forced wait on ads annoying

To maximize fun get the most copper you can Remember it is still less expensive than a platform game and you can play it anywhere                 Great fun

An excellent game easily one of the best the AppStore has to offer The concept of turn based dogfighting is something I havent seen before and it works very well The game is very polished as well My two complaints would be the grinding and that some levels are much much harder than previous ones but this may be fixed in the new update Im trying it out now Thanks for a great game                 Excellent and Original

Great strategy game Feel a little guilty shooting down planes while riding in one But this the best way to kill some down time while traveling Game is challenging The opposition planes react like a real opponent The higher levels are no cakewalk              Great

But I would have assumed there would be an update to include retina graphics at this point I realize this game has lost the company money but with halfassed support this trend isnt likely to turn around I KNOW you guys can do better and make this the polished game it should be           Very clever concept
