Continually locks up Have yet to be able to place an order with the app States it has a problem figuring my sales tax Disappointed     Unreliable

What title says        Hangs on title screen

After lots of bugs that compelled me to use the web site it appears that the app finally has its act together It doesnt crash constantly I can now locate things quickly find other merchandise through the working menu and I find it easy to scan and navigate Keep up the good app which it seems youve finally put together              Much better

Normally use the website on my desktop used the app on my iPad and found it very easy to use Found what I was looking for with ease Able to go back and forth without getting lost or loosing what I had found earlier My information was already there including my rewards                 Easy to use

I bought ink cartridges The site is about as well organized as a dumpster Then when it asked about my experience I said it was unsatisfactory The app then locked up I guess it only accepts adulation Needless to say after one use I have deleted it     Barely useless

I have tried numerous times to place an order through the app and each time it will not take my credit card info When I use the website the order goes through with no issues I can only assume it is a problem with the app     Cannot order through App

Its great Ive always bought my school supplies but some things are sometimes over priced                 Staples

Great app User friendly found everything I needed very easily plus more The ordering process was fast and efficient The only thing is I couldnt find any coupon codes or discounts for downloading and registering the app That was the only thing negative in an otherwise perfect app                 Love it

Just got this app for my iPad and its much easier to navigate than the computer No problems so far              Worked Great

I like the app and I ordered something to try Apple Pay on my iPad The item I ordered had a 20 discount on the web site but not on the app I ordered it anyway because it was a very inexpensive item But now the app shows an HP 4500 printer for 69 while the web site has it for 49 That is a huge difference and it appears that were penalized for using the app I wont use the app again until they fix the pricing issue Update I tried to order ink with a discount coupon code from my email and that worked As of July 5 the app wont open on my iPad Please fix           Inconsistent prices

First time I used it went very smoothly Placed my order in about 5 minutes I will always use it now                 Better than expected

On iOS 83 it freezes most of the time on opening screen so you can never shop for any products        Freezes on splash screen

This is such a beautifully designed app that is easy to use seamless integration with Apple Pay It took me less than 30 seconds from searching the item to checking out and confirmed shipping Its obviously better than the Amazon app                 Better than Amazon

For a store that advertises easy the app definitely was Finding what I wanted was a breeze via search and refining options It was a little glitchy in checkout But I just opened each pane basically verifying all addresses and payment info was correct and then it moved smoothly Easy                 Works well

App is great for ordering basic office supplies The interface is easy to use One major drawback are the filters to sort For instance I tried sorting results of a search for floor lamp by price and I got dozens of cheap desk lamps before ever seeing a floor lamp If you know exactly what you are looking forth app is great but if you are browsing this app is clunky           Convenient Ordering

I was able to find what I wanted quickly login to my account and get my Staples Rewards card linked to the order However I had two problems 1 The search bar indicated that the item I was looking for had no matches but plenty go matches were found when I clicked Enter this could make people think the item isnt there and not bother to do the search 2 I wanted to pick the item up at my local store that was registered in my profile its a laptop battery The app could not process the store address and it came from within Staples not an error I made I had to choose home delivery Hopefully Staples will fix this I said I was not happy with the app and a screen popped up for me to send them details which I did              Very Nice with Minor Problems

I like the ease of use I found through the app medical supplies cheaper than most medical supply places I am starting to use different store apps as the items are often cheaper than Amazon and come just as quick                 Full of surprises

I just installed this app and the first thing I want to buy is an ergonomic keyboard So I search for ergonomic keyboard and up pops 6 mice Did it again and same result Guess they dont sell them Ill have to buy elsewhere        Cant use this
